Starbucks, your store is lame. There's no hours on your door when you close. It has a time when you open and then you have a qr code for your hours and I scan it and it doesn't even tell me. I will never go here ever. I would give you zero stars, but it doesn't let me. Thanks for nothing lame.

I was at Starbucks inside Albertsons in Chino Hills. Very clean waited down right away. The lady was very helpful. Very nice. I got what I wanted and didn’t have to wait very long.

I ordered inside, it was very busy at the time. Probably a lunch rush. Unfortunatly my order was missing my sandwich. I'm not sure what happened but I told batista who made me a new one which took an extra 15 minutes. There was several other customers who had missing items from their orders as well. The batista were friendly and helpful but to just leave orders on the bar without anyone making sure customers received what they ordered was not good.

I went thru drive thru and they had a sign CASH ONLY after I was already in line.. smh. So we all had to wait because we couldn't back out. So dumb of them to put it there. 2nd time this happens to me. I was only able to purchase 1 drink having not much cash.
