I was at Starbucks inside Albertsons in Chino Hills. Very clean waited down right away. The lady was very helpful. Very nice. I got what I wanted and didn’t have to wait very long.

I ordered inside, it was very busy at the time. Probably a lunch rush. Unfortunatly my order was missing my sandwich. I'm not sure what happened but I told batista who made me a new one which took an extra 15 minutes. There was several other customers who had missing items from their orders as well. The batista were friendly and helpful but to just leave orders on the bar without anyone making sure customers received what they ordered was not good.

Starbucks is definitely one of my favorite places to have a coffee. The customer service is exceptional and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. It is not only a place to drink coffee, but also to socialize, study or just enjoy a quiet moment alone.Also, the variety of drinks and food they offer is impressive. From classic lattes and cappuccinos to more innovative drinks, there's always something new to try. And of course, the desserts and snacks they sell are delicious.Although...
