Huge shoutout to Dominic and Angie for making our first time trying the Dubai Matcha amazing! We came in around 8:40 after the place next door couldn’t even handle a simple ice adjustment. This Starbucks completely turned our night around.
Dominic went above and beyond, was so kind, patient, and welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. Angie added such a warm vibe too. They truly made us feel at home.
Customer service like this is rare—you can tell they actually care. We’ll definitely be coming back just because of them. Thank you for such a great first experience! 💚☕️✨

Stay away from this location. Wait is WAY too long. People will grab whatever they can from the to go and not care, and the workers will not address stuff from missing items within your order. It took 42 minutes to get a hot item after it went “missing”. Go to another Starbucks

Ryann, one of the baristas, is honestly the most wholesome person I’ve possibly met. I was waiting outside in the seating area because it was packed inside the store, and she brought out my drinks and food without hesitation. Usually the SB I’ve to just set your drink on the counter to grab yourself. She also kept checking in to see how everything was. Had such a great time conversing with her and she expressed how she loves getting to chat with her customers and making coffee. SB corporate, you need to promote her ASAP!!!

I came in today with my children, asked for water and she said I can’t have water unless I bought something. My son was sick and needed water, I told her please my son isn’t feeling well. She said no so condescending and rude. So I told her fine let me make an instagram live about my experience. She claimed I was recorded her which I did not, she felt uncomfortable claimed I yelled at her which I didn’t. I didn’t even record her I was recording me. She called the police even yhough I already told her I would order something. I’ve never had a bad experience like this had a Starbucks, except this one, the last time I came in the same girl gave me the same type of attitude, and this is not like Starbucks service. She gaslit me and made me feel like I was being aggressive when I wasn’t. She was the one being aggressive. I had already told her I was going to order something just for the water geez, all this over a cup of water for a child pathetic To get. do better Starbucks.

I asked for light ice, they fill the cup with ice almost to the top. It’s kinda annoying. And I don’t want to ask them to remake it because I don’t like confrontation. Why do you put so much ice in the drink y’all? Other than the ice, everyone seems nice. Love y’all bye.

My husband ordered 3 of the same drink and all of them had less than half amount of drinks in it! After 3 sips its gone for a venti size and price! The sad part about it is that they looked at him hoping he doesn't say anything. So knowingly they knew he was cheated and didn't do anything about it and yet charged the full price. They could've fixed the drinks or just charge for 1 drink since basically if you add all 3 drinks together, it'll equal to one. I love starsbuck drinks and it really upset me when i get shortage with the drinks when the price is not cheap! Very disappointing

i think the girls name was vanessa, she made my drink and it actually tasted like if she used old milk or something expired. i couldn’t drink my drink after one sip and had to toss it. So disgusting and i can see she needs to retrained after reading these older reviews.
