I came into this place. It's not my first time however, my daughter plays softball nearby so usually like to come in and make sure that she has a good snack during break time. Well I went in. There was the lady that was helping me was very rude. She had AirPods in and she kept making her repeat myself over and over I ordered 26 inch sandwiches and she kept asking me the same questions over and over so I suggested she probably take her AirPods out. She could probably hear me a little better. I'm pretty sure that kind of ticked her off because she Added so much mustard to the sandwich and it was already soggy and leaked to the bag and the wrapper had ripped by the time I got back to a yellow park, which is only a five minute drive I didn't notice obviously until I got here. She didn't even wrap the sandwich up. It was just a complete mess. It was nasty. It was unfortunate cause I used the gift card that my son got me for Mother's Day Very disappointed.

Just picked up a cold cut foot long . The employee Victoria was very welcoming and nice. My sandwich looked like a subway from the commercial. Excellent service and great food. I'll be back to this location for sure.

Did this place change ownership or management? I don't go often but today I stopped in and got my usual...tuna on wheat, etc. When I got to my office and took a bite, I spit it out. Instead of using the higher quality tuna (which is white in color), the tuna was dark and tasted awful! I was shocked! And the woman who served me didn't smile at all and after handing me my change, immediately turned around and walked away without saying a word. Very sad, I liked this place before today.
I had a great experience at this Subway location in Chino! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my visit feel really comfortable from the moment I walked in. They took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it, and they were patient and helpful with all my requests.
The bread was super fresh and soft, which made my sandwich even more delicious. You can really tell they take pride in the quality of their food and their customer service. I'll definitely be back!

Terrible service every time, yall are heading down the same path as the Subway that was on Schaefer. Thanks for telling me it will be 5 minutes then proceed to make other people's sandwiches. Not like I'm wearing a back brace for pain right? Your sandwich maker must be high or something taking that long for one sandwich.
