Firstly, the customer service here is terrible. If you do not like your job, go find something else to do. Allow someone who has respect and ethics to do the job. I have been in place twice, and both times every server has had the absolute worst attitudes. Today, I had a family member tell me to never go there because they were also treated poorly. To make a long story short, please do better!

I always love to eat here. Place is clean and tidy. Ingredients are always fresh and available. The girl in the morning Kor makes my sandwich perfectly. Tbh i prefer to order when she’s working as she happily greets me and prepare it exactly as i desire every single time.

Dirty and unkempt. Person making sandwich, assuming owner, is always on her phone and acts like you're bothering her by making her work. She doesn't use gloves properly and is unsanitary.

Horrible customer service and unsanitary the employee who claimed to be the manager horrible she had me standing there for almost 5mins before taking my order she was on the phone instead of doing her job. Not only was the customer service horrible she touched the floor with the gloves she was serving my food, I didn’t say anything at first thinking she was going to change her gloves but she didn’t and that’s when I asked for her to change her gloves. She literally when on the floor to look for the plastic bags and she thought it was ok to serve my food with the same gloves. She the manager imagine that’s what she’s showing her employees. Horrible people beware if you decided to go make sure they have clean gloves.

Amazing customerservice by lady working in mornin time. Even though she just opened the store andwas organizing the food area, she promptly took my oder with a smile. Sub she she made was clean and exactly as I wanted. I work nearby so will surely be coming back for my morning sandwichs.

Today 1-10-23. Decided to give another chance to subway!!! I shouldn’t cuz I came in at 8:45 am and I say good morning to the lady working in there !! She didn’t even respond or have an eye contact with me! So I waited for around 7-8 minutes and she even moved or said anything to me!! So I left the establishment with no lunch for work!! Thanks subway you definitely sucks!!
Looks much cleaner than before, employees were friendly and quick to take my order, very different experience than my last visit , will be coming again ?
