Horrible service girl with black hair/glasses working at 5pm can’t take a simple order ask for combo she charges for every item waited 30min to resolve issue but just stalled and didn’t give me my change or fix my order 0stars for the girls they should listen to coustmers instead of lying to management my food got cold waiting to resolve the issue which they didn’t 30minute of nonsense find new employees subway those girl can’t take a basic order.

Grace was excellent. We made a mistake on our order I read it wrong and she was able to fix it for us and was very pleasant about it. Highly appreciated ?. Also the guy was helping another customer while I was getting food. Very helpful overall.

What is the point of Subway mailing out coupons when half the stores don't accept them and you have to jump through hoops at other stores to use them? I frequent this location and bypass 2 other stores closer to me because this location accepts coupons. Went in today to use a buy 1 get 1 free foot long and after making the sandwiches found out that the store couldn't accept my coupon. The cashier tried to enter in the code and it wouldn't work. A manager was called over and they couldn't input the code. I was charged full price for both sandwiches when the only reason I went in to begin with was because of the coupon. Extremely frustrating for me and I really don't see why they couldn't have just charged me for 1 foot long and sent me on my way.

I recently went last Tuesday to order ahead for a corporate event the following day. When I arrived there were no customers in the restaurant. the girls behind the counter did not acknowledge me she continued working on a sandwich , went to the back for a few seconds and proceeded to making another sandwich. my daughter stood there for a good 3 minutes without any acknowledgement or eye contact. The message was received loud and clear our business wasn’t needed or welcomed so we left and went across the street to Jimmy Johns.

Don't apply to work here unless you want 3/4 of your shifts to be canceled less than an hr before you are scheduled to work, to only be scheduled 2 hr shifts, and to be fired over text by a "manager" who showed up 1 time in 3 weeks.
I ordered a toasted buffalo chicken sandwich. It didn't feel warm when I picked it up so I asked them if it was toasted and the girl said yes. When I got home, I realized that it wasn't toasted. Not only that, but the vegetables were hanging off the side. The buffalo sauce was overpowering so I opened up the sandwich to see that it was absolutely smothered in buffalo sauce. I tried to remove some of it with napkins but it just wasn't good at all. I'm just gonna feed it to some wild cats I guess.

They Close at 9:00PM but don't allow customers to Dine In past 7:30. They started putting the chairs up at 7:20. This is very bad service!!! Management need to find new employees. Plenty of people looking to work!!!

Extremely disappointed in this location. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready and an expected time. My husband goes to pick up the food and we were accused of ordering from a different location at first. When I confirmed that we had indeed ordered our food from this location, the female cashier proceeded to pretend that she had just received our order. My husband asked if she could hurry with our order since we had ordered some time ago. She then proceeded to tell my husband that she would take her sweet time with our order if she wanted. She then tells my husband that she is going to call HER husband, whom she alludes to being a gang member, to come and beat him up if he doesn't leave.My husband simply asked for a refund since the sandwiches weren't ready on time and she refused and we were threatened.I also called the location, hoping to speak to a manager and the phone rang for about a minute before someone answered the call and immediately hung up. I called again and the second time it only rang twice before they hung up on me. The last time I called, the phone was just off the hook.Don't eat here anymore. If the lady in the photo is working when you walk in, just turn around and leave. That's my advice to you.
