Old mexican lady was giving me nasty looks when I entered and the place was atrocious. I’m talking Sauces spilled all across the vegetables, cheeses thrown everywhere, olives all up in the American cheese I got. Mind you I did NOT come in at lunch rush hour so there’s no excuse. Just pure disgusting mess. On top of this, as I’m looking around I noticed something run under the soda dispenser and also noticed something running behind the kitchen to what I believe is a roach infestation. My first call will be to corporate to investigate this place. The owner should be ashamed. I should’ve took a picture of everything.

I went to the place like 10 minutes before they closed for the day. So I try to buy three sandwiches as fast as I can , make it simple for employees to make. The first person was nice , the service was good, make the sandwich just the way I like it, but the second person come over, do everything so fast, make mess on the vegetables and the sauce, got some really bad attitude. I get it, you are closing pretty soon, if you don’t want service me, just told me you are close, so don’t waste my money.

I'm sorry but this place is horrible!! I know this lady is the manager of the store black hair big eyes and she had a mask on I said to her thank you. I received nothing in return. I don't know but at least a little acknowledgement. After spending $35 on 3 meal combos. So rude and I will NOT be returning to this establishment..there's another great Subway with better SERVICE on Philadelphia St here in Chino

The food is gross. They are slopping preparing the food. The owner tries to cut corners to cheat. My order was wrong, so gross the owner refuses to give me a refund. I have to dispute it with my credit card company.

Tried the new #30 the beast. I have a new favorite. It's not as scary as you would think, and the new vinaigrette is perfect for all those meats. Toasted is definitively recommended!

Went to pickup lunch with my sisters. We all ordered the foot long. I had the Philly steak and cheese. Delicious. We were able to get the senior discount.

So this is a shout out to the young lady with curly hair today at 3pm and the young man at 3pmMy son and I just left at 320 they both got slammed and are still slammed with a great attitude and smile.Yet their manager a lady just walked out on them.Don't know if she left for the day or what but I'm sorry that's not the way to lead by example.Please give this 2 employees a huge shout out. In fact I think they should would elsewhere if management does stuff like that
