Had a bad experience with ordering at store as the girl over the counter want to know everything at the same time without giving us time. She doesn’t gave us time to even think. We didn’t get our order as we want. Moreover, we order one drink we charged with two drink.
Usually we don’t like to complain but this thing really need to work on.

I swear every time I order from this location they make my sandwich wrong and I have to drive all the way back there just to change it to be told I have 2 other people in front of me like I ordered first u got it wrong this should be first wish they got it right the first time maybe they need to higher younger capable people like chick fil a who don’t get overwhelmed easily, anyway just my experience.

This was a really bad experience. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the hispanic woman in charge on Black Friday had the worst customer service. We felt attacked. She didn’t care to improvise our order the way we wanted. She did not change gloves. She had long nails. It was a disaster. I live in the community and won’t go back there as long as she is working.

The girl that worked at 3pm on 11/20/24, is doing a terrible job.
1. She messed up our online order of 1 Tuna and 1 meatball, and gave us 2 meatballs with stuff we didn’t order on the meatball. We didn’t want the tomatoes or pepperoni and other things. We found out and came back to get our Tuna.
2. On 11/20 we put in an online order for a tuna, 45mins prior, and she said she didn’t receive the order. She gave my wife an attitude and wouldn’t help her until she finished 3 other sandwich orders. Then she saw the order and got us the sandwich.

Everyone else is great. This girl doesn’t care about the customers.

I don't think other stores are the same, but the soquel canyon location is dirty inside and the bathroom is very dirty with a bad smell, it feels like they never clean it. Also, the meat sandwiches smelled. The two young Hispanic female employees were so rude that it made my perception of Subway very disappointing. I placed two online orders and one came out on time but the other one didn't come out for over 30 minutes. Even though I was sitting in the store waiting. If I was the store owner, I would fire all the employees.

The lady working here is so rude, aggressive and miss behaving and she is being annoyed for no reason she was so busy in preparing to go orders that she forgot to give any value to the dine in customers.

I had a great experience at the Subway in Chino Hills! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure my order was just right. The service was fast, and the team worked with a smile. What really stood out was the bread—it was so soft and fresh! It really made the sandwich extra delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommend!
