I ordered the white peach oolong tea with cheese foam, the tea was ok but the cheese foam smelled like vomit, and the store looked dirty, I don’t recommend this place.

HIGHLY recommend their Hokkaido milk tea -- I personally go 100% sugar and less ice since I like sweeter drinks :]
Their collaboration drinks have overall been a hit for me too! I actually still crave one of their collab drinks, and have been able to still recreate and order it even though the collab drink was technically discontinued. If interested, it was a mango matcha latte! They allow you to substitute components out from some drinks, just not able to completely alter and customize drinks.
I recommend the strawberry matcha latte, then writing a note to substitute the strawberry for mango :] Highly recommend this too, it's another go-to choice for me!

Love this place for their teas but they've had this divider up for so long & when it's busy, which it often is, there's barely any room to stand and wait for your drinks. There's no obvious reason for this divider to be up anymore, it would've made sense in 2020 when things were takeout only but to limit waiting space, not have anywhere to sit (which is especially inconvient while being disabled) and to not have a public restroom available to guests is extremely unfortunate and I wish they would change this.

Bought a popular flavoured milk tea as takeaway. What I ordered wasn't to my palate so I will stick to my more traditional order next time. It just wasn't amazing. Waited over 5 minutes for the order since there were other orders to be made first. Atmosphere could be improved as it felt empty and cold while waiting.

Ordering through the kiosk was easy and fast. My order came in minutes. This place has options for kids and adults. There are hot drinks like coffee and cold drinks like frosties. The drinks are delicious and it was a decent price for a drink. I ordered the milk tea with boba for $6.50. Overall, I would recommend this store for its delicious drink and quality.
