Food was mediocre. They got order wrong and didn't reprint my blank receipt. They confirmed my order verbally and yet they still failedto get it right. They lack customer service here so I most likely won't be returning.

I placed a door dash order and asked my dasher for extra thousand island sauce because online it did not give me the option. Dasher tells me I have to call because it is extra cost. Which I have no problem with. I call the store a man/boy answers. I explain the situation & He said he can’t edit the order so I ask is there something we can do? HE HANGS UP! I call back and they never answer again. They couldn’t even give the sauce we come here often and it was a $60 order they’re crying about thousand island sauce you can get a bottle for $2 at the market. So stingy they lost a loyal customer. And RUDE. Never coming back.

I'm a big fan of the bellflowers location but found myself here during a training day. The 3 stars is not reflective of their food or initial service. I had the breast bowl with brown rice and it was delicious, but they took long to serve it and the zyoza was overcooked and salty.

Very affordable pricing with great value and delicious chicken. Order came out in under 10 minutes, tender chicken and a well-cooked rice. 10/10 will come again

Some of the best chicken teriyaki I’ve ever tried in my life. If you order online, you get a big discount the first time.

The food is amazing! The place is fairly clean and a good size.

Exceptional customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and delectable food define our experiences at this establishment. My wife and I have been regular patrons for quite some time, and I feel it's finally time to share our appreciation through a review, as they truly deserve it. This location consistently delivers, with meals arriving promptly in a spotless environment. Moreover, every staff member is not only professional but also approachable, making it a standout choice for dining.

Not worth the price. Steak was old not fresh at all, the best meat was the chicken but that’s not saying much. Way more rice in these plates there needs to be too. The egg rolls and fried shrimp taste like the ones you buy frozen and the California roll was made with old rice. Super fries cheese tasted old and the sauce is not very flavorful. I do not recommend coming here and definitely not worth going out of your way for.

Used to be 5 stars, old crew was amazing. The new crew will let you stand there. I would wait to tip until after you get your food if you order to go.

Great food! My first experience with this place was through an Uber Eats Delivery. Food was soooo good and excellent portions. The 2nd time, I drove over to this place and ordered the same Chicken and Beef Teriyaki plate which was delish!! I'm coming back for more!!

Saw this place on the Gram and had to try it out. We got the shrimp combos and they didn't disappoint! So good! Next time I'll order just straight Teriyaki Beek because that was my favorite!

I don't know why anyone would leave a bad review for this place. It's a walk-up-and-order type restaurant, akin to a Taco Bell. The restaurant was busy at lunch time, but we didn't have to wait long for our order to be ready. The server was nice and helpful --reserved-- but if you engage him in conservation, he perks up. Shyness does not equal bad service. The food is incredibly good, especially the teriyaki fries! And the portions are large! I could only eat about 1/4 of my fries! My husband got the small teriyaki bowl and only ate half! And the flavor is way better than Panda Express! I had a coke and my hubby had water, which was ICE COLD! You know it's a good place to eat when even the water is great! We'll be back!

Kid-friendliness: They have kids' toys and candy vending machines.

Disappointed 1/5…Drove an hour away for this place over the weekend for 1. Horrible customer service HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (everyone hates their job there) 2. Not the greatest of food. Burnt chicken and over cooked rice. Bring your own Sriracha (it’s the knock off) Only positive thing I have to say are the portions sizes but it’s almost as if they cannot handle the social media hype and are overwhelmed so perhaps that’s why the food is not coming out the tastiest. Would never go back. FYI I tried to leave a review on IG to help people out but they just deleted my comment and blocked me. Really professional.
