I love teriyaki house, I don’t expect great service but wow to not even respond to a generic script of “how are you” got to me I’m sorry, he was rushing for my order, denying my order and asking me if I wanted him to ask if they could do what “special request “I had. A treat to myself turned I immediately regret. I love their bottled sauce to prep my meals at times, I don’t buy this often but probably not for awhile anymore.

Let me start off saying the food here is very delicious and is the reason why I keep coming back here. However, the service & atmosphere are atrocious. I come to this restaurant at least 2x’s a week and request a water cup with my meal. Today, as I was eating my meal in the restaurant a cook from the kitchen came to my table and told me to pay for the water cup very rudely, in-front of other customers. Essentially, bullying me into paying for the cup because I filled it with soda before water. Therefore, he ruined my meal and made me feel very uncomfortable. Paying for the water cup is not an issue for me but what is an issue is the lack of respect and hospitality to a place I frequent bi-weekly. Sad to say, I will not be coming back here and will tell friends, family, & the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Nice place, pretty busy by locals. The food was good but not great, I had the beef bowl. The rice and meat were a little dry in texture. But the flavors were good! Maybe I went during the lunch rush.. they have lots of options so I’ll for sure be trying other items.

i love coming to this place everything is greg and i love the súper teriyaki fries the cheese melts perfectly with the meet the only think is that when coming once the place closed 2 hours early which i did cry about in the parking lot

Food was mediocre. They got order wrong and didn't reprint my blank receipt. They confirmed my order verbally and yet they still failedto get it right. They lack customer service here so I most likely won't be returning.
I placed a door dash order and asked my dasher for extra thousand island sauce because online it did not give me the option. Dasher tells me I have to call because it is extra cost. Which I have no problem with. I call the store a man/boy answers. I explain the situation & He said he can’t edit the order so I ask is there something we can do? HE HANGS UP! I call back and they never answer again. They couldn’t even give the sauce we come here often and it was a $60 order they’re crying about thousand island sauce you can get a bottle for $2 at the market. So stingy they lost a loyal customer. And RUDE. Never coming back.
I'm a big fan of the bellflowers location but found myself here during a training day. The 3 stars is not reflective of their food or initial service. I had the breast bowl with brown rice and it was delicious, but they took long to serve it and the zyoza was overcooked and salty.
Very affordable pricing with great value and delicious chicken. Order came out in under 10 minutes, tender chicken and a well-cooked rice. 10/10 will come again

The first cashier man with long hair Had an attitude while I was ordering plus he got my order wrong.I had to go back inside with my receipt lucky the second cashier fixed my problem and was very nice about it.
I rate the food a 8 out of ten
girls at the register are very rude
