Can I be honest the customer service needs to be humongously improved(no people skills) since the pandemic, they need to hire new employees and managers, the food is sub-par and is questionable(check your order before you leave) as far as quality and quantity. The management don't care and clearly shares it with other employees. Honestly you're better off going to the supermarket and making this type of food at home, you'll most likely save money making it at home.

My husband and I usually come through the drive thru. My mom and I had lunch together and for the first time I dined in. The service was great. Food was delicious. And the dragonfruit drink was so refreshing. The dining area was clean and cool.

Pretty new waba in chino, friendly staff and very clean inside. Order was quick and accurate.

Just spent 18$ on a waba bowl with extra meat. When I asked for extra sauce got told extra sauce was 25cents each. I go to many different waba locations and haven’t been charged for sauce once. I guess they are taking a play out of McDonald’s play book which rubs me the wrong way for being charged as much as they do and me ordering the way I do. Won’t be going to this location anymore.

I ordered a steak and chicken combo and instead of rice I asked for broccoli. Got home, noticed that an additional 2 dollars were added to my bill, and I didn't mind being a special order and all. To my surprise when I opened my bowl I found only three STUPID pieces of broccoli and a hole bunch of cabbage that I did not asked for. There for this place sucks.
