This was my first visit to this Walmart, and I was shocked by the poor customer service on the sales floor, especially from the stock crew. It reminded me how grateful I am to work at Costco. When I approached a male stock associate to ask a question about toilet paper, he walked over looking visibly annoyed, even rolling his eyes right in front of me. Thankfully, the cashier at checkout was very friendly.
As I walked toward the exit, I handed my receipt to an older lady with salt-and-pepper gray hair and glasses. I joked, " I guess I didn't need a basket afterall, I really needed a cart—I came for one thing and left with way more!" She responded with a side mouth smirk that felt dismissive, as if my lighthearted comment was a bother to her and gave me the side eye.
It’s sad to see such low morale in workers who should appreciate their jobs and treat customers with respect. I could have said something, but I chose not to let their negativity affect my positive energy. I'm just glad I don’t carry that kind of bitterness—what goes around comes around, and that’s karma. My last time coming to this walmart.

I'm without transportation and can't take the bus due to my illnesses therefore I'm very grateful for their delivery service. I pay the monthly service fee which is very reasonable and well worth it for me. Their returns and refund are very hassle-free and convenient as well. I'd be lost without their delivery services. I can get whatever I need usually within 1 day of placing the order. You can pay a small added fee for quicker same day or within hours for delivery service. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Walmart, staff and drivers.

It crap why come here they put the pillows where the meat used to be this place is trash they also put trash bags right near the meat aisle.

There seems to be a slight ignorance on customers who need products that are locked up behind glass. The workers don't answer the help button until like 25 minutes later. That's approximately the time I waited for them.

This particular walmart is well kept after with friendly and helpful staff and merchandise that's easy to find. I have made a few purchase from here. Ranging from as little as $10 up to $265. I only had to return one thing and it was only because it turned out to be unnecessary for my project. But they happily returned it for a full card refund. While I have not found other locations to be nearly as good to shop at. This particular location has yet to give me a bad experience.
It's a fun store with a wide variety of items. I’m glad they sell Otani goods too ?

Wokemart and their "response to the massive downturn in crime" has stolen away our patience, leaving products behind bulletproof glass unmanned... or is it untheythemmed these days... who cares because ain't nobody there to open them without walking round and round for assistance likely a similar distance the trucks drove to deliver... good riddance. We'll look for steals on Amazon now ?
