I love this kbbq, the flavors are great and servers are usually super amazing with grill changes, and service. Today, however, there was a younger latino man who was serving us, and he quite literally was absent the entire time we were eating. If you tried flagging him down he would look away and do something else. Half way through cooking our meat, a worker came by and turned our grill off completely, leaving our raw meat just sitting there. The men in black shirts who walk around...
Great place to take the family or friends the waiters are very friendly and the selection is fresh. I would recommend this place if it's your first time trying Korean bbq the waiters are more than happy to help you with questions about everything so your food comes out great.
Honestly used to love coming here but lately the servers seem to be bothered and very unfriendly(didn't even greet us just said 'what do you want to order' after we waited about 10 minutes from being seated) and the quality of the meats has gone down drastically unfortunately
