Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches one came with out a top bun Next time we went ordered same thing got the buns but the chicken was dry, burnt horrible! Tasted like it was 3 days old fries were cold wold have went back but it was too far NEVER NEVER will we ever go back there horrible

Drive-thru at this Wendy’s is usually fast and accurate, no complaints there. But today I dined inside, and the experience was the complete opposite. The service was horribly bad: no napkins anywhere, no condiments, no spoons. When I asked for napkins, the staff seemed annoyed I even asked. For spending over $40, I expected at least basic service. The remodel looks nice, but that doesn’t make up for the attitude and lack of essentials.I won’t be coming back.

I wanna start off by saying that typically I really enjoy Wendy’s, especially their potatoes and chili. I recently went and was extremely disappointed. I ended up getting the crabby patty, which was no more than a gimmick name because there was absolutely nothing exciting or crabby patty about it. It was completely bait and switch, it did not come in a special bag or came with anything special. When I got to the window, even the employees looked disappointed when they gave it to me and I felt like it was a bait and switch situation. For the price I paid and for it to just be given a fun name, but have such a bad presentation was false advertisement
