We usually order two dozen, two bagels and six drinks. EVERYTIME we go to this location we are told “Only donuts right now”. We have to drive to another donut shop because they claim they can’t sell bagels. The bagels are there but won’t sell them. I asked them if I can buy the whole bagel and I’ll toast it at home but nope they won’t do that either. After 5 attempts I’m done with this place.

This is hands down THE BEST donut shop I ever came to. I grew up in the 1980's when donut shops were all clean and yummy (that's how I remember it) Now most places are so dirty and gross I don't even bother. I came across this one by accident and it has an "A" in the window and the people are all so friendly and it's SO clean and the food is SO fresh! I love that it's also open 24/7 They also serve yummy breakfast sandwiches and burritos and bagels and tamales. Anything with egg, they make it. I feel like this place doesn't get enough recognition, and I want you to know donut shops in the inland Empire, Orange County and LA can't touch this place. This place is above and beyond fresh and clean and delicious.

Donuts were not good! They need to give up their name because it's not like they used to be. We were very disappointed with them. We drove a couple of miles away just to get the famous Winchell donuts. Never going there again!

This place is okay. I've been a few times. The service is always pretty good & employees are friendly. However, their food isn't great. I've had both donuts & bagels from here and each time the taste & texture is like they've been sitting out and are stale.

Are you kidding me? The donuts they had at the Chino on central ave location had displayed looked so fresh and when I got my half dozen box home, the donuts I had looked and tasted days old. Don't pawn off old donuts as fresh ones. I couldn't see the ones he was putting in the box cuz he was hiding the box behind the counter. I'm very disappointed in Winchell's.

From the owner and his family down to the little guys in the kitchen...this is the Winchell's to go to...every morning and more often than not every night. If they ever get rid of Herman (can't imagine it happening) then they are effectively getting rid of me as well.
