Im actually a returning customer, but every time that I seem to come back the service just gets worse... Today as I got my order, I noticed that they only gave me a box of waffle fries...when I had ordered two...when I asked the staff they said that they had just put them together which I didn't understand because they usually give a box for each order and not only that but they had put my wings in the box as well....which meant that I really only got half of one order?? When I paid for two?? When I opened the box for my boneless wings they staff looked at me and said that they had run out of the boneless wings so instead they had given me a chicken breast cut up???! They didn't even ask if that was something that I would even want.... it was super ridiculous, it's so disappointing to see this place going down hill..BTW I PAID 33 DOLLARS FOR THIS ????? What a rip off.

It is slow Thursday and I came to order the delicious wings! Guess what they only can make sandwich and one employee yet I saw couple eating wings rice bowl. What a LIE!So I kindly asked the couple if I can take her bowl picture. I left and ordered Oi Asian Fusion.

This place would have had 5 stars. The food is delicious, but what ever you do NOT order out for deliver. They always seem to forget something and the packing is terrible. Wings were falling through the boxes and the ranch was spilled all over the place. But I definitely recommend going there to eat. NOTE TO RESTAURANT: if you're going to offer take out, please invest in proper packaging. And kids for your sauces. And PLEASE make sure you read the entire order so items are not missing.

Looking for an awesome spot to hangout? ..First of all waffle fries are so much better than regular fries anyone agree? and they have the best seasoning with their food ..Their chicken wing is on point the batter is perfect and fries perfectly and they have amazing chicken burgers as well ..

Ordered the two tender meal buffalo flavored and it was the most basic meal. Nothing that wowed me. It came with two tenders and 3 wings which isn't what the menu said but whatever. We also ordered the flaming hot sandwich and the presentation on their menu is deceiving. What they served did not look like the picture whatsoever. Lack of presentation and flavor as well. For your speciality to be chicken and to fall this short is a bit of a disappointment. Wouldn't recommend this as it didn't hold for the price, you'd definitely be better going to another vendor.

Decided to go here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The place wasn't busy and after seeing the picture of the Flamin' good burger, I decided to get it and my wife ordered a rice bowl. It took way too long (about 20 minutes) for a chicken sandwich and rice bowl. When we received the order I was less than satisfied. The chicken was tough and the piece didn't even fill the bun. I ordered the Kim chi and cucumbers on the side because I find that it can sometimes make the breading soggy. The kimchi was bland and was probably the jarred stuff that's found in every asian market and the cucumbers and were floppy and unseasoned. The rice bowl was also disappointing. It was basically a bowl of dry rice, jarred kimchi, a couple slices of floppy cucumbers, and two chicken strips (also dry and tough) The fries egg was poorly cooked and compared to the picture (sunny side up), way overcooked. It was basically scrambled.I would not recommend this place. Especially for the $25 it cost us for the meal. Save your money and go to Chick-Fil-A. I only gave it two stars because their fries were good and the lady at the register was nice.
Delicious wings and chicken sandwiches inside the cravings food court. I get wings here all the time and they are juicy and crispy. The waffle fries are to die for but if you are a light eater it is a bit heavy, but they come in to go boxes so you can always bring it home.

Hands down the BEST chicken sandwich I've ever had !! So much flavor and it was made to order, everything was burning hot and the customer service was amazing ... i wish my stomach was bigger because i wanted to try everything !! That just means i will be back very soon... customer service was amazing also , the staff helped me with any questions i had on the menu and was extremely kind. The location was a little hard to find because it's actually inside of a store and surrounded by other food places which ultimately worked out great once i foubecause i was able to snag a taster beer to top off my meal .

Came here during my boyfriend's lunch break from work. It took us a second, but we ordered: 10 piece bone-in wings ($14.95) and a regular Corny Chick Loaded Fries ($8.79). After checking in for the "free fountain soda", the worker informed us that it wasn't actually the fountain drinks that qualified for the check-in offer, but it was a can of soda or a water bottle. This was a little disappointing since the offer specifically said FOUNTAIN DRINK.For our flavors, my boyfriend and I chose Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper. However, while we were ordering, the cashier informed us that they were actually out of Garlic Parmesan and their Mango Habanero flavor. This was a little disappointing, but we eventually settled on the Sweet Garlic and Lemon Pepper flavors.Once we received our food, I was a little disappointed opening the wing box. Our Sweet Garlic and Lemon Pepper wings LOOKED EXACTLY THE SAME. I thought one would look more saucy than the other, but the wings looked identical. I had to bite into it to differentiate which flavor I was trying.The flavor on both of the wings were so light that I couldn't taste it. It was an overpowering chicken taste (yes, I'm obviously eating chicken, but where's my garlic flavor? Where is my lemon pepper flavor?). The loaded fries did NOT look like any of the other pictures that were posted on here. The loaded fries that we received were smothered in mozzarella cheese, corn, bits of chicken, and the honey sriracha sauce. Although it tasted a little better than it looked, the overall cheesy flavor was too much for me and I couldn't finish it. Additionally, I feel like I actually got maybe 5 waffle fries in my order.The service was okay. The girl was nice, but I was still a little irked about the fountain drink incident. Overall, I wouldn't come back here. The food didn't live up to my expectations and I feel like there's no real quality control here.

Cheesy Chicken Fries is delicious. Wingman Kitchen is located inside Cravings as part of a food court style section of the market. The Cheesy Chicken Fries came in an adorable CareBear Box. I was surprised with how large the portion size was considering the price, quality, and location of this store. Service: fast Seating area: large (table, bar seating)

What a unique experience. This is one of those places you come across on Instagram that you always swear you'll try but never do. I HIGHLY recommend the "Puff Daddy". You won't regret it!
