You cannot go wrong with WingStop

Horrible experience! Ordered ahead and they still couldn’t get it right. Showed up and they didn’t even know I had an order there. Then they informed me they didn’t start it yet. Ordered 3 fries only received 2. Then we get to the food. The wings were burnt and rushed. No flavor! The worst experience ever! I will not be ordering from this location again. So sad

Would have dined in but the table I chose hadn’t been cleaned and was too sticky to wipe myself. I’m sure it was because they were in the dinner rush serving those delicious wings!

Been coming to this location for a while , and all I can say is thank you to all the hard working staff. Working in any kind of customer service job can take a lot of you but no matter which day I go into this shop I’m always greeted with a smile or acknowledged when it’s busy . I’m truly grateful to the kind staff at this location . Special S/ O to Rob who always brings the best vibes and the heat ( pun intended) cause wings .

So I went a more then a few times, Each and every time was always an issue. I love wings stop . And it’s the only one in the area. Me knowing it’s terrible I still go thinking it will be better . It only got worst.
Let’s start off with the place is filthy second of all the people that work here,
are very angry and very hostile! Third there’s hardly any sauce on the food. They’re not crispy at all after requesting for them to be crispy. If anything they’re undercooked . I am hoping that corporate can see this and either fix this location.
And don’t even think you can call to get them on the phone because you won’t. Even after showing proof receipts and everything else that my order was not done correctly, they still did not replace it . Twice already, Because honey, I got all the receipts .
I’ll enclose here. I actually have a video, but here’s the screenshots from there. Clearly, it’s very poor management even if you called the one 800 number they just tell you to call the store and the store wants to fight even with all the receipts. And I am not only one , I seen all these bad reviews so I’m not the only one who has issues with this particular store.

Phoned in an order, to my surprise it was a call center. So whoever took my order wasnt even there for what I had requested. Gentleman working on 4/2 at 12pm took initiative and resolved my issue, I didn’t get his name. But he knows who I am based on review.

Today 12/28 i ordered and paid 68 dollars for a wing group pack just for there not to be any fries or ranch in my bag.

So I ordered 30 wings, and I arrived to pick them up. I see 2 bags on the pickup rack. One looked as if they had a handful of sauce when they packaged the wings.

Sure enough, it was my order. The clerk proceeded to hand me the bag, and I asked if I could get a clean bag. He tells me that the wings fell when he put them in the bag and proceeded to remove the containers. When he does, the containers are full of sauce and proceed to clean the containers.

It was evident the wings fell out of the containers and were placed back in.

I told him I did not want the wings and left. I guess it was a good thing that the employee was sloppy. otherwise, I would have been given wings that had fallen.

If an employee is that open with his uncleanness, what else is he doing.

Cancelled my pickup order bc I was supposed to make it a delivery, waited 3 weeks for my refund. Never got it! The manager Joshua said he told his district manager to do the refund so I should be getting it within 3-5 days, NEVER GOT IT! but it’s okay bc the guys working gave me free food plus more for my bf to make up for it,… they probably knew I was never gonna get my refund so they decided to give hella free food

This place was dirty, nasty and bad customer service!!!!! They told me they ran out of flats at 8pm when they close at midnight. So I tried to cancel my order he said I can’t do that. Just horrible

Vegetarian options: They would treat any customer wrong, they have no business being open

Wish I could leave a negative star review waited 30 minutes in store just be be ignored and was the only one in line , just for them to tell me they can’t take my in store order when I finally get acknowledged because the manager was not there she couldn’t type my order into the register. Her excuse was that there was a big order which I have no issue waiting but seriously refusing to take my order but ringing up sauces for online orders is actually crazy , lazy workers and should not be working there. God forbid you have to work while at work, by the way she said if I ordered online she can make my order so what’s the difference of making me wait and telling me that 30 mins later I could’ve been ordered my wings. Terrible service it was a younger girl with a long nose and baggy pants very rude
