I always order carryout. It's not a cozy dining place. The service was quick and friendly. The food was really yummy and made fresh to order.

Wow, I finally found a tasty "fast food" Chinese restaurant. It's a bonus that they serve Hawaiian bbq too since our family could never decide. It tasted authentic and fresh. Yay!

Love the food here but this time very disappointed. Arrived at 5:27 pm and waited 30 minutes for my food. After 30 mins of waiting I go up to the girl at the register and ask how much longer she explains there's a big order before mine. I get it it's Friday and people order take out but all she had to do before I order and waited was give me a heads up and notify me that there's a big order that's it's going to be a wait but no I waited and at the end asked for a refund. Please make sure this doesn't happen with another customer.

Been coming to this place since moving to Chino eight years ago. The offering is the typical Chinese fast food except that this is so incredibly fresh and delicious as it is prepared when ordered. Definitely recommend it, specially for a Friday movie night at home with the family.

It is a small dining area. The food tasted good. I ordered the Kung pao chicken. It had a good flavor but a small variety of veggies, too much celery.

I really enjoy their chicken katsu plate. The katsu sauce pairs well with the katsu and it’s self served. The restaurant is clean and offers a variety of food items. Fresh and also friendly service.

Love Love Love this place. I go every week. Made to order and always piping hot. Never had anything bad here yet. And yes the portions are huge but the prices are not.

We have been fans of Wok & Grill since they first opened. They serve Hawaiian and fast food Chinese food. Both are tasty and their prices are reasonable. We like to order the kalbi short rib plate and an order of their mushroom chicken with jalapeños. We highly recommend giving this place a try. Also, the owners of the establishments are very friendly.

This was my first & last time coming to this place. I usually go next door to Waba Grill on my lunch break, but I decided to try a new place on Thursday, 12/8/22. I really regret coming here. Everything was perfectly fine up until I starting eating my food. I ordered the BBQ chicken value bowl, which comes with white rice, BBQ chicken, and cabbage and I ordered a drink as well. Food was brought to me fairly quick, I began to eat my food, the food was not all that great to begin with but decent otherwise. I ate maybe a few good bites of my bowl until I noticed something wrong. I went to pick up a piece of cabbage with my fork and it flopped onto the tray and that's when I noticed a dead bug! I'm not the type of person to make a scene or a big deal out of anything, but I felt the need to go up to the cashier guy that took my order and charged me. I told him I found a bug in my food and showed it to him. He said "oh no I don't think that's a bug, it looks like the seasoning from the chicken" I told him "no that's definitely a bug it has antenna's!" And he continued to try to deny that it was a bug, he then offered me a new bowl or a refund, which was considerate but I truly was already disgusted and lost my appetite I didn't even care I told him I didn't want anything at all I just wanted to show him that there was a bug in my food but he still offered me a new bowl. I was just being nice but didn't really want it. I had already had all my belongings ready to leave and he offered me a to go bag, he asked me if I wanted any sauces to go so I said sure, knowing damn well I wasn't going to eat that crap. When he handed me the bag he said "yeah I still don't think it was a bug, you know we do clean and we have pest control come and clean very often but I'm sorry" I grabbed the bag and left. The way he handled the situation was not appropriate at all, instead of owning up to the fact that it was definitely a bug he tried to deny and cover it up, that's just shitty, dishonest service. Maybe I should have just made a scene instead of being too nice, because I was also worried I would get sick from eating here since I am 5 months pregnant. Making me feel like an idiot not knowing the difference from seasoning and a bug with antenna's. I hope the owner of this place see's this review and holds the employees accountable for their crappy customer service and I really hope people do not eat here!

We like the food from Wok & Grill. We used to order the family pack, plenty of food for 4 but now with price inflation is a little too pricey for us. What we love the most is the orange chicken.
