I came in today and had to witness an unfortunate interaction with a rude customer to one of the amazing employees working there and I was so amazed how professional the young lady named morgan handled it. I apologized to her that she had to go through what just happened and she was very professional about it. I hope to see her move up in this amazing establishment.

I came in the other night craving some delicious frozen yogurt and was very happy to see the store was clean. They had an amazing selection of different flavors(try the mango one very yummy). Was also happy to see the topping area well organized and the nice young lady behind the counter named Morgan was very nice and helpful. Glad to see such an amazing person working in this establishment will definitely come again.

The majority of the machine lights are flashing. I ask the young lady why are they flashing and she said I just have to add some more, ok. My son and i waited and she just stool there. I’m thinking So what are you gonna fill them up? So we left because apparently she must not want people to buy any Yogurtland at this location. No wonder it was empty.

Strawberry yogurt tasted like sugar water, unfortunately we didn't try it because it always tastes good at the other locations. But after it was purchased we couldn't even take one bite. We tried to get another flavor but they refused. Oh they even forgot to give a receipt so there's that. I will continue to go to Rancho but stay away from Chino. What a waste of time.

I was just in Yogurtland on Philadelphia and Central. The owner walked in yelling at his employee in front of of customers. It was very unprofessional. No one should have to work for a person like that. The employee was nice. Due to the owners actions I would not go back to this place.
