Came in and was greeted by staff at the register, a very friendly woman. Ordered two two item combos and chicken potstickers. The tea machine was out of order but they have other drinks available. The food was quick to come out, maybe less than ten minutes, and it was delicious. It feels like a hole in the wall Ono Hawaiian with more options, and more authentic taste. You can see the chef cooking behind the counter. Overall great vibes and food.

Went here a few times and each time the service from the small Asian lady at the front counter is RUDE! There was another time when it was a young guy and he was also rude! Don’t understand why these people want to run a business if they are not kind to the customers. The lady likes to clean the area where the condiments are by picking up the floor mat and shaking it while you’re getting sauces. She also pours hot water at the drink dispenser tray to clean the ice while the customers are getting their condiments. She also gets mad if you ask for utensils that she DID NOT include in the bag. Overall not coming back and the food isn’t all that….need an ONO Hawaiian BBQ in that spot!

Service was terrible the cashier was very rude being very uptight with simple things like extra rice or macaroni to top it all off got my family’s ordered wrong forgot my food even when we told the cashier to put the order in and not to mention everyone was hungry with it being extremely overpriced coming out to 32 bucks for one family meal and a mini meal and lastly my family got frustrated wanted a refund for the terrible customer and food service but wouldn’t refund us at ALL yep wouldn’t give us are money back so if you are wanting to get a good meal do NOT I repeat DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION lazy service rude and expensive.

This review is not because of the taste, but the attitude of the receptionist, she can speak Chinese, but pretended not. My husband is 70s and his English is not very good. Because the name of this store is similar to another famous chain store, we confused with the other chain store. My husband asked the her for a combo of 4 fish fillets. The receptionist said she didn't understand at first, so my husband and I communicated in Chinese and told her that we would like a fried fish combo. My husband wanted to confirm with her if it was 4 pieces of fish fillets, but she still pretended not to understand Chinese. Then she patted the sign in front of the cash register and said that the combo included rice and macaroni. However, when I asked her in English if it included vegetables, she tried to correct me that it was cabbage. I didn't expect to meet a so-called compatriot and felt discriminated against by the language. However, she was still very enthusiastic when serving other customers whose native language was English. Personally, I don't recommend Chinese people who are not very good at English to go to this store, because it will make you feel deeply. I heard her talking to two chefs in fluent Chinese. Later, my husband asked her for sause and spoke directly to her in Chinese. She also replied in fluent Chinese, "Thank you for your reply." Although you may not want to know all the facts, she was impatient with serving an elderly person. We all know what the facts are. There should be other Chinese-speaking customers visiting your store, right? And people are not fools. Thank you for an unapologetic response!

My family likes to have Hawaiian food about 3-4 times a month. We only come here now. I used to think all Hawaiian food tasted pretty much the same no matter where you get it from. Well maybe the bbq chicken does but if you like your Bbq Beef super tender and full of flavor and your Katsu with juicy chicken on the inside, then you have to get it from Young’s. Other places serve dried up katsu and the beef is not soft or flavorful. Young’s BBQ does it right and never disappoints. Their BBQ Beef and crack Macaroni are my favorites. I need that recipe.

Just terrible, please don't waste your money. The cashier lady is SO mean. I decided to overlook how terrible she treated me and waited for the food....disgusting! The meat was so dry and didn't taste right. The place is filthy. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this place 😔
