Just grabbed a late dinner here and it was the best Carl's Jr. experience I've ever had! Restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean, but best of all was the customer service. The young man who took our order was very welcoming. He was attentive when we placed our orders and even wished us a good night as we left. I will definitely dine here again when I'm in the area.
Don't use the app here; they don't want to redeem anything on it. I purchased a burger and tried to use the rewards and when I tried to redeem it, they said I had to buy something AS I WAS BUYING SOMETHING. ruined my breakfast plans, I don't feel like spending 40 bucks on two mediocre meals.
Chill, no line, traffic inside when I got there. Manager was running the counter and window very well. She suggested an alternate build on my meal with a promo, so I got more burger for my buck. I totally love it when they do that cause she could have been a dick or a dumb ass and just pushed the pretty buttons that matched the people words I said like... uhm...a LOT of people do. 😑😑but she used her person brain and offered me a logical alternative. +10 human points to you,...
