Every time I come to this McDonald's, all employees AND Managers all have good customer service and I have not had a single bad experience here. No attitude, none of them make it seem like you're bothering them, they get orders correctly and you're never really waiting long at all. Whoever the cooks are In the back, do a great job of cooking fresh, tasty food. I enjoy this location.

The food was good and hot. My problem was the service in front. The young girl was chatting with other employees in back and acted like coming to the front to take orders was an inconvenience and waste of her time. The minute she helped someone she would wander back to chat. I was waiting for my order and saw her make people wait up to 5 minutes even though she was doing nothing.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Worst customer service ever.
Placed a mobile order, said it would be ready in 3-5 minutes. Used their semi clean restroom. Went to the counter to pick up my order. It's not there. Ok, they're busy. However, my order number isn't even on the screen. I ask an employee who just looks at me and walks away. I wait another 10 minutes, still nothing. Eventually, the two frames I ordered is presented, one of which is visibly wrong. They admitted the mistake and remake it. Cool. Get the food shortly after that. Food was barely warm and bland for McD's. Plus, I paid for an expresso shot for my drinks... which was not added. Maybe they do better when they're not busy...

Saturday morning sat in drive thru for over 30 mins because a employee closed down one of the lanes half way threw. These people are clueless when it comes to FAST FOOD. Good luck .
