Will not order from this place. Per manager Anna (with 2 nn) they don’t give you teriyaki sauce if you order the Teriyaki chicken. The chicken was so dry we had to put BBQ sauce on it. Normally it won’t be a big deal but we work 12 hr shift and we can’t leave either. What made me so mad is that I paid $40 for 2 of the 2 entree 1 side order. I didn’t pay that much $ for teriyaki Chicken. Ms. Anna said they don’t give you teriyaki cause some people don’t like it….. my thing is why would I order Teriyaki chicken if I don’t want Teriyaki???? Times are hard and I don’t have $ to waste. They are cutting corners makes me wonder what else are they cutting back on?

Very poor customer service at the drive through. The girl at the window was not happy she was at work on a Saturday and the manager wasnt any better. All it takes is a smile and a thank you.

We stopped here on the way to Los Angeles from Sacramento and Iranda was so nice and helpful. You guys are lucky to have her work there. It's hard to find good service at fast food places anymore. I will be completing a survey for her as well. Keep up the good work Iranda. It is noticeable.

The lady there was rude they had an hour to closing time and felt extremely rushed was told we couldn’t eat there I however still ate in as they were open. They said we needed to leave so they could clean up. I wanted to order some orange chicken they said they were cleaning so they couldn’t make more. That is terrible when you have a closing time you should attend to any customer that comes in before the time. Everything I ordered was cold. Kept getting cleaned around. Felt extremely uncomfortable.

The staff are always friendly. The food is always good here and I have never had to wait for them to cook anything. When they are low they are making more.
