I paid and waited for Premium Steak. When I got home I had a bowl full of vegetables and about 3 small bite sized pieces of steak. Hire adults please or young people that know customer service. Also messed my order up initially. No apologies.

I noticed that the plates that they use have very small Compartments then the server put very little food in the compartment, very disappointed in that I also asked for a hot mustard. She said that she would give me some and then what she brought my meal And walked away. There was no hot mustard.
So I went up to the counter to ask her about it and she told me they didn’t have any. It would’ve been nice if she would’ve told me that when she brought the food out instead of just avoiding the whole situation I give that server zero stars.

Workers said it would take 10 mins for the teriyaki chicken and the Beijing beef. waited over 30 mins when it shouldn’t have taken any longer than the time they said. In addition the workers messed up my order, took my plate back and instead of remaking it, she scooped out my entree and switched it. There was a hair in my food and the chow mein and rice were stale. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this panda express. Would expect the service to be better since their motto is “Make Happy”, instead i got rude workers, wrong order, and a wait double the time needed. I came in at 9:00pm 28-25 both female front workers had ugly attitudes despite me having to wait 30 minutes and didn’t have an attitude.

Will not order from this place. Per manager Anna (with 2 nn) they don’t give you teriyaki sauce if you order the Teriyaki chicken. The chicken was so dry we had to put BBQ sauce on it. Normally it won’t be a big deal but we work 12 hr shift and we can’t leave either. What made me so mad is that I paid $40 for 2 of the 2 entree 1 side order. I didn’t pay that much $ for teriyaki Chicken. Ms. Anna said they don’t give you teriyaki cause some people don’t like it….. my thing is why would I order Teriyaki chicken if I don’t want Teriyaki???? Times are hard and I don’t have $ to waste. They are cutting corners makes me wonder what else are they cutting back on?

Very poor customer service at the drive through. The girl at the window was not happy she was at work on a Saturday and the manager wasnt any better. All it takes is a smile and a thank you.

We stopped here on the way to Los Angeles from Sacramento and Iranda was so nice and helpful. You guys are lucky to have her work there. It's hard to find good service at fast food places anymore. I will be completing a survey for her as well. Keep up the good work Iranda. It is noticeable.

I just found a rubber band in my food and it blended in with the bell peppers. Somebody friendship bracelet broke while cooking the angus steak. You have been warned 🤮
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the chowmain is not chowmain with veggies but veggies with little bit of chowmain I have photos but not sure how to upload them here
