The staff here in Chowchilla provides amazing, fast service whether you head inside or use the drive-thru, which has become incredibly efficient. My drinks are always perfect and taste the absolute best OnWhatchusaid 💯

I think they are over priced but m y nephew asks me to the him here once in a while. This store is one of the only one I have been to that do not try to extort a TIP out of you at the drive through. So thank you for that.

A driver in the drive through cussed me out and tried to hit my car because he wasn’t in line and claimed to be. Then when I reached the window in the drive through he had convinced the workers to pay for my food. I kindly let the workers know I was not interested since he had been extremely aggressive towards me. They continued to push his will of paying. I told them repeatedly that I was not interested and would like to pay myself. (Keep in mind, he is behind me and hasn’t payed yet) The workers then said that they deleted the order and I wasn’t able to pay and were still trying to give me the food to have the disgusting man behind pay. I asked them to just put the order in again and they refused. I left without my food. When I took off the man yelled profanities as I left.

It’s disgusting that the workers were siding with a violent individual. The works don’t seem to have manners themselves.

We went there for coffee around 10:30pm .. Google maps shows they are closing every day at 11 o'clock .. There's a lady told me very rudely that they are closed.

Diego is a mean human.
My drink was made with regular milk and I had ordered oat milk. I saw that it was made with regular and informed the barista, Diego, of the mistake. They said the sticker didn’t say that and I would have to wait because other drink are now ahead of me.
So the customer receives the consequences of their mistake.
Diego’s masculine side was very apparent in their attitude and dismissal of my order. I hope their house is hot.

I have always ordered through the app and never had a problem going through the drive thru it’s complicated for me explain my order to the Bautista so I order online to be more convenient. They told me I would have to cancel my order or go back around through the drive-through. Where there was 10 cars or plus waiting (look at the picture for reference )so I would have to wait longer just to get my coffee. Marisa, the manager was really helpful, but I would never go back to the Starbucks again and I was a regular customer here. I don’t live in Chowchilla or work in Chowchilla. I just always enjoy the staff. So I came my way to this specific Starbucks, which I would never do again.

I went in to get my pumpkin drink 8/27/2025 and was greeted by Damian, where can I start. I immediately felt his positive energy before he even started taking my order. He saw me looking at the cups and came over and started talking to me about the new releases. Then when he started taking my order he was so helpful I made a change to my drink right before paying and he didn’t make me feel bad. I can’t stop thinking about his personality his aura his positive energy. I called the store to tell him his positive energy made my day and he didn’t forget to include his team. Wich is awesome idk if he’s manager or no but if he is that location is lucky if he is not he should be.

Never seen such a depressing drink in my 26 years of life. Why was the cinnamon powder underneath my foam? And why use more than two salt packet for my foam? Also, when i spell out my name i would expect to see it spelt right.
