Horrible we were waiting at drive thru for 20 minutes and when we were finally at the drive thru they didn’t want to take our order we asked maybe 3 times we were ready, and guy said sorry I’m busy taking orders inside he took an additional 10 minutes and didn’t help us!! He was very rude. Honestly I will never ever be back! I don’t even think anyone was at the counter he just didn’t want to help us

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru. And then left and came back with no cars in drive thru. And the guys still tells me to wait. I waited an additional ten minutes and still would not help me, I left and got tacos at the El gruellense. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Literally the slowest taco bell I've ever been to. Employees goofing off without any professionalism or urgency whatsoever. Not tje product but definitely needs new supervision and management at this location.

I've been to the drive through several times where they ignore me at the speaker for over 8 minutes each time. Bad customer service and the food lately is not worth the cost by not being cooked correctly and cold most of the time.

Been going to Taco Bell in my city chowchilla for 2 years now, never have any issue with the taco sauces. All the Mexican workers are great except today for lunch, a white lady claims to be the manager and only gives two taco sauces per taco. Never heard of these before my entire life eating tacos bell. I always enjoy my tacos or burritos with 6 fire sauces. Not today.

I took my grandsons there to get 5 dollar boxes they said they could get so we drive there I give them 20 bucks and I waite in the car they are getting 2 $5 boxes and 2 quessadias at the is was more than enough but grama we need more money I said why anyway I go in there I tell the manager that she over charged them cuz advertisements say 5 dollar box she says we don't honor that so I said its false advertising you should put up a sign that I'm not honoring it cuz your missleadeading us so remember the quessadias when I got home they were burned black on the bottom it up set me bc the quessadias were for my two younger grandsons that are autistic and they were waiting at home and they were so sad I was shocked that she did that but I didnt give her the satisfaction of going back I just cooked them some myself but she hurt my grand babies this happened a while back
