Came in to use the restroom and grab a drink. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, this wasn’t the crews fault they looked understaffed and were doing their best.

It’s fine if they get your order right. Guys, if you drink on a weekend and your wife goes out to get food from here, they will mess your order up, then your wife will be mad at you because she wants you to go back and get the missing items. Just give me everything I ordered, please. This happens on multiple occasions because I’m an alcoholic and they forget to give my wife everything we ordered.

Horrible we were waiting at drive thru for 20 minutes and when we were finally at the drive thru they didn’t want to take our order we asked maybe 3 times we were ready, and guy said sorry I’m busy taking orders inside he took an additional 10 minutes and didn’t help us!! He was very rude. Honestly I will never ever be back! I don’t even think anyone was at the counter he just didn’t want to help us

Literally the slowest taco bell I've ever been to. Employees goofing off without any professionalism or urgency whatsoever. Not tje product but definitely needs new supervision and management at this location.

I've been to the drive through several times where they ignore me at the speaker for over 8 minutes each time. Bad customer service and the food lately is not worth the cost by not being cooked correctly and cold most of the time.
