Will I really like Chinese food and the food was just okay it was an outstanding or great just barely okay and the service was the worst service I've ever had in a restaurant

The food is consistently good here. There is a bar in the back and family sesting in the front. The staff is pleasant and to go orders are timely.

Fantastic food, we love the seafood hot pot , the house chowmain, house fried rice, shrimp in a blanket, egg rolls, walnut chicken or walnut shrimp, Peking ribs, pot stickers...my mouth was watering texing.../the best Asian restaurant we have ever been to...

Perhaps the main cook was not working the night I ate, because my experience was so different than so many of the positive reviews I read in advance of dining there [either that, or many of these people have had their taste buds removed].

I ordered the supposed Thai dish of stirfried broccoli and garlic. The entire dish was overcooked, and as everyone should know, stirfry implies quick searing of all the ingredients, so that they come out hot and crunchy. My dish was hot and soggy.

I returned the dish, and the second time around everything did come out hot and crunchy. Unfortunately, just like the first try, everything was coated in minced garlic, clearly from a jar, rather than freshly cut, accompanied by a small amount of a watery ‘sauce‘. It had absolutely no taste, and was a total disappointment.

Happy Garden is a fantastic Chinese restaurant with truly excellent food! Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions were generous, and the flavors were authentic, from the savory stir-fries to the rich, comforting soups. The service was quick and friendly, making the dining experience even better. If you’re craving delicious Chinese cuisine, Happy Garden is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!
