Waited at their drive thru today for over 5min and no one came to take my order. Drinks have been inconsistent in taste. Marcels has lost my business. I’ll give up convenience and go to Buddy’s. Much better service and taste of drinks for the same price.

I always get a coffee here when I'm leaving town on the holidays staff is friendly with good prices. Lately, it's been the same young man he's always fast and courteous. sometimes I get a bagel and those are good too. Hope too see some more food items soon on the menu maybe a donut.

Sunday early evening ~5:30pm, I was the only one in the drive thru so service was very prompt. The young man working there was friendly and courteous. Prices were reasonable. Latte with extra espresso shots and hot cocoa were delicious - especially on such a chilly evening.

Passing through yesterday and damnnnnnn waited like 20mins in a line of 3 cars… the car in front of me waited sooo long they turned their car off.. I had a schedule to keep so I left but as I left I saw that the car at the window Only had 2 small drinks?! Why did 2 small drinks take 20+ mins.. was the cow or goat being milked😂
I’d give more stars for the food but we never got the chance to get anything and since we were passing through I don’t think we ever will…

Wish I could say what the food tastes like. Arrived with one person in front of us and after 20 minutes of waiting we finally gave up and decided to back out and leave. Right as we left we saw their order, two small drinks. Very disappointed with how long we waited, heard they were good but never got to see for otherselves.

Early Sunday heading back down the mountain--ordered a latte--waited and waited. Coffee sucked and sorry youngster, but Learn your Job!

Blended coffees are always amazing.. I'm not too big on the black coffee.. real bitter and tastes kinda burnt. I prefer black coffee.

The girl working is nice, but service is sooooo slow. I've tried going several different times and different days but even when no one is in line you're going to wake 8-10 mins per drink. Waited 15 mins for 2 red bull. Had to pay on cash app since their card machine was down. Also she's sometimes juggling a baby which makes service even slower. Love supporting the small business but it's a hassle. Also.... Come on, 5 ice cubes in my red bull. It's literally warm
