When we were there, because it's a depressed area, there were a lot of homeless and sketchy people in the restaurant. The employees however, seemed to be nice, clean cut, courteous young people.
1 of the Managers Shayna, is absolutely a great leader. She runs a tight ship will definitely be someone who will hopefully go on to be a leader in another industry. She deserves recognition from the owner. Best of luck to you Shayna.
This place is quite different. The staff at this McDonald's will walk up to your seat and ask if you need any extra sauce, much like the service you’d receive in a restaurant. They do this for many customers, as I observed. What’s remarkable is that the staff members aren’t tipped, yet they still provide this level of service. I’ve visited many McDonald’s locations, but only this one offers such exceptional service. I bet you'll want to return again and again...
