I took my children and nephews to get ice cream and as soon as we walked in the young girl working at the register gave us a look and was rude the whole time we were there. There were two other girls there with her that were looking at me and giggling about it, very unprofessional and rude.
Can you please update your hours. Every time I come here you guys are closed.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Although, It didn't start off this way but over the last year the staff has become unnecessarily rude and hostile.Their boba is mediocre at best. It's not worth my time or money.

Not my kind of place. Looking for something that I could refresh with was a pineapple sorbet in a waffle cone. So many choices but so much bad food. Over the top commercial junk.
Had a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a cone.
This is amazing they have amazing amazing food
I went there with my family and everything was so delicious my fav has to be the strawberry milk tea

Giving 3 stars because the young girl working at register was rude (not sure if she was having a bad day or just doesn't like her job). Would have given 5 stars if she didn't huff and act annoyed that she gave me the wrong order and had to remake it.

Kind customer service and delicious ice cream.
Ice cream was okay, but the store was sloppy. The girl who took my order made me repeat it 3 times because she wasn't listening. Then, I also had to ask hwer to change the cup she put it in so I could have a lid...even though I had asked for it to-go. All around awkward. I regret going in.
This is my favorite place in Cloverdale. The service is super fast and they have a really good variety. My favorite is the sandillanada and I love the boba teas and smoothies as well.
