I love this branch of McDonald's. For a small town it's usually open pretty late and open early as well so most of the time it won't be closed. Service is usually pretty quick and accurate.

I ordered through the mobile app and this old Mexican guy at night always seems to forget sauce or mess up my order. He never gets it right. I would Hope management would see this and make sure he gets the right sauce or does his job better please this always happens at midnight too. I just want my food right and leave. It’s not like I’m getting free food I pay for it I expect to receive my food correctly atleast.

Staff ignores customers at the front counter. You can be the only person in line and they completely IGNORE you. Not even a po)ite, "I will be right with you!" Then when they finally DO take your order up to 10-15 minutes wait., They walk away and COMPLETELY IGNORE THE NEXT PERSON!! REPEAT. REPEAT, REPEAT. This is NOT a singular experience. We have stopped here several times since March, it is now September and the service never improves and remains the same. We keep hoping for better. I think they ignore customers at the register to force them to get so pissed off that they will use the kiosks and app instead of waiting for proper service. I DON'T WORK AT MCDONALDS AND AM NOT GOING TO DO THE WORK OF PLACING MY OWN ORDER. FFS MCDONALDS TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS! YOUR PRICES ARE ALSO SO EXPENSIVE NOW. So at least provide decent counter service! Maybe we should just just go to Subway just across the parking lot.
