Very bad customer service! Small midget male worker was not neat or careful with the sandwhich at all. He looks like a twelve year old whoās only there to play around and practically wasnāt very experience. The sandwhich had too much mayo, and was unappetizing to eat. This business should hire within the age range that is appropriate to handle food. Will not be returning until I see a change in staff. This is the second time that Iāve had this experience at this Subway with the same staff that burnt my sandwich.

We visited this subway because we wanted a quick meal while out shopping. The restaurant itself looked new and well kept. They need new workers though. The woman who helped us today acted like we were asking her to run a mile for everything we asked for. I asked her to toss chicken in Buffalo sauce, she said yeah Iāll put it on the bread and then put the sauce. I asked her nicely to put it in a tray and heat it together to combine it. She didnāt want to heat the chicken either, but I had to insist on that as well because Iām pregnant. She never tossed the chicken in the sauce before putting it on the bread so there were plain pieces of chicken. Every ingredient I asked for after that she asked me āanything else?ā with an attitude afterwards. I only got cucumber, spinach and jalapeƱos. She did the same to my husband who had a super simple order.We will not be back to this location. Partially because we canāt continue to spend $20 on two 6 inch subs and the other part because the worker acted like we were inconveniencing her.

The 5 stars are only for the kids that work there, they are always great and super friendly. The manager is awful and treats employees badly.
The workers are great and friendly, but they are forced to work in an oven. I've been in like 4 times over the course of a month and they never have air conditioning despite the blistering heat. Whoever owns this location needs to step it up and treat their employees better.
