A lot of mix feeling about the food as some of our dishes tasted great like the salmon it was cooked prefect and the sauce that it came with complemented the salmon well and others dishes could be better or use more flavor like the tomahawk steak which was not much of a flavor and a little over grilled as i asked for medium rear. Food came out about 30 minutes after we ordered and we got all our dishes the same time. In my opinion a lot of items on the menu is over priced. Service was ok waitress forgot one item that we ordered and didn't attend us until our drinks was low or almost out (steady evening not busy). Atmosphere was alright nothing crazy, good music and vibrant lighting. It was a great first time experience with this place but I probably wouldn't go back unless I want to impress others on how much I can spend.

All around one of the better steak houses I've been to. The food was prepared perfectly and every course had great flavor from the appetizer to dessert. The music was a perfect level and you could easily carry a conversation. The staff was friendly and the service was fast.

Service and Atmosphere was great. The food was lackluster. Had the caesers salad and halibut. Bagged caesar is 10x better and the halibut was bland, no flavor, seasoning, nothing. The coconut prawns were great and the desserts were amazing as well.

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about our recent visit. 13 Prime has always been one of our favorite spots, but unfortunately, during our last visit, we noticed a significant decline in both the service and food quality.
The service was below the standard we have come to expect. Our table experienced slower than usual attention, and we couldn’t help but notice that the table next to us waited for 25 minutes without being attended to, ultimately leaving out of frustration. It’s disheartening to see such service lapses, as that’s never been the case during our previous visits.
Additionally, the food didn’t seem to have the same quality that made us loyal customers in the past. It lacked the freshness and flavor we used to enjoy.
I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit of improvement, as we’ve always enjoyed our experiences here and would love to see the restaurant regain its high standards. We hope to return in the future and find the same great atmosphere and quality we remember.

This restaurant was recommended by someone local. My coworkers and I were in town for a work trip. We had a group of 9 people and the service and food was top notch! Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we were happily taken care of. She gave us recommendations on popular meals to order. The meals were pricey but definitely worth it. Everyone in our group left satisfied and full. Highly recommend

My family and I have enjoyed dining at 13 Prime on many occasions, celebrating birthdays and special events. However, during our recent visit, we were disappointed by the changes in the menu and, possibly, the chef. The Campfire Steak we ordered was overly salty, with an unusual sauce that didn’t justify the $70 price. My husband’s Cowboy Ribeye was also overly salted and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, after this experience, we’ve decided 13 Prime is no longer our go-to spot.

Let my start by saying all the food and the drinks were very good. The staff was awesome, friendly, inviting, attentive, polite, and helpful. The food and the staff were amazing. Unfortunately management was comparable to what I would expect at a hole in the wall diner. We asked for a table because we were their with another couple. We wanted the privacy that a table offers. The hostess was kind enough to meet our request. Unfortunately we did not know what we were in for. We were seated under an air conditioning vent. The vent blows straight down onto the table. This was not a light breeze. The air was actually moving the ladies' hair that I was with. The vent was approximately 12 to 15 feet above us. After multiple requests the unit was turned down for a for about 15 minutes (we were there for about 2 hours). We also asked to be moved to any table or booth. We were never moved. Our food got cold quickly and one of our guest had to actually go out to their car and get a sweatshirt. We paid 600 dollars between the four of us for great food that got cold, ruining our dinner. The manager never came by and said anything. He walked past us multiple times, ignoring the problem putting all the responsibility on his staff to try to fix. Why was the table even set up at this location? They have to know their own system. Here's an FBI clue; put some vents in the directs the wind away from your customers. I would expect a little more from a place of this caliber. Six hundred dollars is a lot to spend for cold food. Management you are there to support staff, not make them deal with problems that our out of you control. Do what your hired to do and don't be afraid. No one's going to hurt you, it's a restaruant.

The service was perfect. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable. We had a nice time. Just the right amount of attention. I shared the tomahawk with my son. Very tasty with the perfect cook! The sides were very good with my favorite so far being the garlic mashed potatoes. We brought our own wine this time but will explore their extensive list next time. Go, try it! You won't be disappointed
