Applebee's Grill + Bar is a popular restaurant, as evidenced by the busy Thursday evening crowd during a sports game. The server, Christopher, was friendly but seemed rushed. The 2/$32 deal was chosen, which includes an appetizer and two main dishes. The Famous Riblets and Bourbon Street Chicken with Blackened Shrimp were ordered. However, there was a delay in receiving the food, and one of the dishes was not hot. The issue was addressed and quickly resolved. The riblets were delicious, but the potatoes were just okay. Despite being full, dessert was not tried. The restaurant claims to have gluten-sensitive options, but some items were still fried with gluten. The music was too loud, making conversation difficult. The wheelchair ramp is located around the back, and it would be more convenient if it were near the front.
