I called ahead to place an order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived on time, paid, and only then did the staff tell the cook to start preparing my food. This completely defeated the purpose of calling ahead, especially since I was on my lunch break and expected to pick up and go. The restaurant was not busy—only two other customers were already eating—so it was frustrating to lose time that I could have spent enjoying my meal. If phone orders aren’t going to be prepared in advance, it should be communicated upfront.

Ordered beef enchiladas there was very little beef and a whole bunch of bell peppers I've never heard of bell peppers in enchiladas but it was disgusting I wanted to ask one of the workers if I can have it remade but after I got my order the only person here left the restaurant so now I am the only one in the entire restaurant super weird and unprofessional
