“I am so thrilled to have this bakery here in town. I have been here multiple times now and everything I have ever bought has been just delicious. You would never know everything is gluten-free because it is tasty and has a great texture. Their passion fruit tart is one of my absolute favorites. Their focaccia cheesy breads are one of my new favorite thing ever. I've tried both the squash and pepper one. And they are both just so delicious. I absolutely love this bakery and I'm so thankful it's here. Would absolutely recommend it 1000 times over. ❤️❤️“

“5 Stars! - ALL of the Biscotti is good, but the Traditional is my favorite! Pistachio Crannerry is my 2nd favorite. You won't find better Biscotti anywhere else! You also have to try the Bark, it is the best and doesn't taste anything like the store bought stuff. Someone tried to give me some individually wrapped Biscotti from Trader Joe's once saying it was the best and I almost spit it out because it tasted like cardboard compared to Rosetti's Biscotti! - They have other made from scratch goodies too! If you haven't stopped by to taste some samples with a cup of coffee you are missing out! - This is a family owned and operated local business. They are sweet and helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. They even sell other locally owned businesses goods, like Sierra Nut House. We need to keep local gems like this alive by shopping there.“

“Game over, man! As person of German descent, to say we love Bierocks is an understatement. Ever since the church stopped making their yearly batch of them, I have been searching for it’s replacement, having personally failed at the diy method. Surprisingly, the Bierocks Shop does not reign supreme yet puts up a very acceptable contender. But yesterday the search ended when I discovered this shop recommended by the church. The donuts rival Judy’s in presentation and taste, but the Bierocks were a gorgeous, egg washed sight to see! I bought 4 and we had a taste testing. Microwave 1min for warm and soft or oven bake for crispy. Peppery, flavorful, sweet cabbage and beef perfection. Even the fair ones take two to equal the filling power of this sweet bun. Thank you for keeping this tradition alive, those with German heritage, and there are many here in the Valley, appreciate your wonderful treat! We are taking a sample to the German society for their opinion! They’ve never tried it just heard they were excellent.“

“First time here, ended up not buying anything but they had a huge variety of chocolates and apple flavors etc that i can't wait to go back and try so I won't speak on quality/taste for price but they visually looked appealing.
