I love basket robins but this one is dirty you can tell they don’t care about the business they need a really deep clean frfr the guy who served us wasn’t even wearing gloves

Came before closing was not even acknowledged by an employee because they had closed down to early even locked the door after we left. Customer service needs work.

Been going here for years. Don't know too much about the Togo side but as far as Baskin-Robbin goes great service. Always helping you with what you need and even going beyond
Love the ice cream, however very disappointed with not supporting customers needs. My 9 year old daughter needed to use the restroom after eating her ice cream, only to find out that both restrooms said out of service. Then we see the staff member walk out of the restroom room, still shaking her hands as to finish drying them. I ask my daughter to check with the staff and see if she could use restroom because clearly the staff just used the restroom. My daughter said she had to go really bad and could not wait. The staff member stated to my daughter that there water is shut off. Very disappointed with this business practice because clearly your water is working. I will not support this business any further. My family loves baskin robins, so we will make the trip to the Herndon and Clovis one.

The staff here is excellent! They are kind, considerate and efficient. I had a medical emergency while there and they took care of me and the situation as if they were family. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.❤️
It says it close by 10pm but I always see them closing before 9:30pm.

Drive across town walk in at 8:53 order a milkshake and they say we don't that after 8:50 lazy people will not bother going again

Two stores in one, which seems common with Baskin Robins and Togo's. This location has decent traffic and the three girls handling both do an outstanding job with customer service. Super friendly and polite, I'll be back!
