Probably one of the dirtiest ice cream parlors I’ve been to. The floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, tables were dirty. I was standing in line and the older lady working there didn’t acknowledge me, she was scrolling on her personal cell phone. Then helped me when it was convenient for her. I just left.

I love me some B&R but this location needs HELP! Rest rooms are out of order; drink machine out of order; out of waffle cones; trolli Gummi worms advertised across the ice cream; OUT. Floors peeling and rubbing off.... need I say more?

This place is falling apart and it is filthy. Went in today and one gal was on the phone via Bluetooth. I guess the register stopped working on the BR side so I had to pay on the Togo's side. My receipt didn't detail my order this time, but I've always bene uncharged here several times in the past. For example, I've been charged a regular scoop when I ordered a kids-size scoop. Several times that I've been here, the employees are in gym shorts. Overall, a very tacky establishment with little to no upkeep. I always try to avoid this location but hsve to stop in once in awhile for the convenience.

I love basket robins but this one is dirty you can tell they don’t care about the business they need a really deep clean frfr the guy who served us wasn’t even wearing gloves
Came before closing was not even acknowledged by an employee because they had closed down to early even locked the door after we left. Customer service needs work.
