Not the Batter Up that I loved. My beef is going to start with the up charge of pancakes and a chicken fried steak. Is the quality good? Well the clout of the over price pancakes still leave a bitter taste. So the price of The Bunt clear shows a price of 3 pancakes for $21.99 and you have a choice of strawberry, banana, or blueberry. I chose to have each pancake with all three of those options. Also each pancake has pecans in it. Then I wanted the extra side of chicken fried steak that showed a price of $4.99. When the waiter took our order she asked if we wanted gravy. Well who doesn’t get gravy with chicken fried steak?!! In the end we were charged $8.99 because we wanted gravy. Our total bill with a 15% tip amounted to $44. So you can see the complaint is justified. Three pancakes and a chicken fried steak with gravy. We will not be back and you can bet that I won’t endorse this place ever.

Service was excellent. Husband and I shared a dish called Fit4Life: an egg white/veggie scramble with 2 protein pancakes topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Delicious. In addition to a large selection of usual breakfast items, the menu also has several vegetarian, vegan and high protein choices. Highly recommend.

My husband loves the pancakes here so we come to batter up often. Their cinnamon roll pancake is amazing! The reason for my 3 star review is because of the other breakfeast items and service. I have gotten the breakfeast sandwich and just recently got the build your own breakfast burrito. Unfortunately both were disappointing. They both lacked flavor and were so dry. The burrito was the most disappointing. They overfilled it with hasbrowns and eggs, but the bacon, sasuage, cheddar, avacado, and onions where nowhere to be found. I literally only took a few bites and that was it. Salt and hotsauce couldn't even fix it. I also ordered a coke zero and the first sip I took it tasted like cherry coke. The server said their coke zero is just fruity here which makes no sense. So I asked her if I could get a water instead. When I received the bill, she still charged me for the soda that I took a sip out of and gave back to her. I just quietly paid and walked out hungry and feeling like I completely wasted my money. Even though the pancakes are good, I just don't see myself coming back.

After mixing up my VEGAN meal, I found this nice piece of sausage.
Thank you for the cross contamination!
The giant buttermilk pancakes are amazing.

I love Batter Up Pancakes. One of, if not, our top breakfast restaurant in town. The service is always top tier. They are caring and attentive. The food is delicious! Their portions are great enough for everyone. The flavor is never lacking. The crowd can be on the older end, but never bothered me. Will eat here for many years to come.

This location is very small, jam-packed, and loud. Service was ok, Chilaquiles were good- spicy, no crema. The biscuits and gravy was not as good as I was hoping. Kind of lacking flavor (probably in the gravy- it was pretty mediocre).
Probably won't be back to this location. The Nees and Cedar is consistently delicious (still small, but not as crowded as this location) so we will probably go back to that one even though it's a 30-minute drive for us now. Haha.

I got the cinnamon roll pancake with a side of turkey bacon and hashbrown. That pancake was absolutely delicious! It tasted just like my favorite cinnamon roll. My husband and dad got omelets. They both really enjoyed their omelets with a side of traditional pancake. My mom got the meal that came with biscuits, gravy, hashbrown, and bacon. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. The portions are big and filling.
In terms of service, everyone was very friendly, checked up on us, and gave us our order quickly. We went on a Saturday around 1130am. We joined the wait list online, which was convenient so we didn't have to wait so long outside.
A lady before we entered the door said she didn't recommend the place. She said the food was bad and expensive. We can't relate at all because everything we had was so good and worth the price for the portions.
Definitely won’t be returning. First and the last time. The wait time is ridiculous, the bathrooms were filthy. The booth where we sat had food on it that got on my jeans. Just for me and my husband to eat was $60! Completely over priced for what you get, food lacked flavor on each item . Literally don’t get the hype on this place.
I’m not sure what’s with this location but the food is always disappointing. The eggs were super greasy, my hashbrowns were bland and the pancakes were not flavorful. I’m done with this location and will go to the other one and give it a try there
