They didn't have ice, lemonade and the fountain drinks were warm. We got take out for 3 people and asked for 1 ranch for each. Was told could only give 2 containers, that they had to make it last until Wednesday. They made quite an issue out of it. I was even willing to pay for the 3rd person to have a side. Finally they gave in, but said they were not supposed to. What a bizarre interaction. Will avoid in the future.

Unfortunately had a really bad experience here recently. This was a great location when it first opened but recently it’s gone down hill. The two employees were in slow motion today and the radio seemed hijacked with HEAVY rock (screaming at one point) playing. Worst part was one employee burned both the pizzas. Was trying to ignore the fact until I had to ask him to remake. Thankfully the younger employee stepped in and remade the pizzas and tried making the situation right. Not trying to be too hard on these guys but management is lacking here and I would want to know if this was my store.

um yeah the service was terrible i waited for my order and the first one was BURNT the pizza was pitch charcoal black top BURNT and yeah I asked them if they can make me another one and so they did but the second time the pizza was ready they handed MY ORDER to another customer and I know accidents happen but LIKE cmon this the second time they messed my order up and did me dirty. They tried to make it up to me by offering a free drink but like dang all i wanted was my meal at the end of the day. Anyways yeah yall if you come here JUST KNOW something is bound to be messed up whether its your order or just your day.

I came here on 03/14/24 at around 9 pm. As expected I was told that they stopped doing the discounts on the pizza. I was given a piece of paper with a coupon to come back the next day and I could receive the special price.The paper said to add the code to the blaze pizza app to redeem. Here I am trying to do it and the code is invalid smh !! Waste of time !

I feel like I need to go to therapy after watching these kids make pizza. They look depressed and if I ask for anything more than a basic peperoni pizza they throw a fit by complaining, and slamming things. One of them was a chick and the other was a short guy with a mullet. Maybe teach them to smile more.

I love this spot. Ive take my fiance 3x and he just loves how he can double up on the ingredients with having to pay extra. We recently went there this past week when, they were about to close in 30 minutes..but they had no issues with serving us, we felt guilty for showing up so late, but we had just come out of town and we're starving.
