This was a great experience this time. All staff tonight was super friendly. Food was quick too. I'm glad that there is new staff as I had stop going because of the few girls that worked there.

I went into the Blaze Pizza on Herndon Ave in Clovis, CA today and was really disappointed by what I witnessed. While a young worker was making a pizza and made a small mistake, the general manager, Nina (who wasn’t wearing a name tag), said loudly that she was “in the mood for firing” super rude. Hearing that as a customer was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Everyone makes mistakes especially in a busy food environment but no employee deserves to be spoken to that way. I even asked another employee for details while this was happening because it was so uncomfortable & disgusting to watch. It really felt like a hostile environment, and if that employee ever needs a witness, I’m here. I also tried to follow up with someone above them from corporate but haven’t heard anything back.

This was the 3rd (and likely final) time we will order here. Each time we arrived a little after the designated time and every time they either had not started our order or they had not put it in the oven yet. Today it was not busy, we ordered at 1108 am and it said it would be ready at 1123. Arrived about 1125 and it was not ready. Today much like the last 2 times we've ordered we got charcoal crust (see pics) we also ordered the cinnamon bread. Did not receive any of the icing drizzle. I should add the cinnamon bread was also over cooked as it was hard and dry. Very frustrating and irritating.
Some people may wonder about the 5 stars. But if you get the right person, they can assemble a good pizza.

The employee who helped us was new, but he had an amazing attitude. He displayed so much patience with me and my son as we changed our order multiple times. Now that we know what we like, we shouldn't take too long to order.

Amazing pizza. Thought it was really neat that you picked out as many toppings as you would like. We got the lunch deal and a side salad. Service was great and the pizza was cooked perfectly.

I keep gluten free, have come here twice, and had great experiences both times! They have 2 gluten free crust options, are very willing to accommodate (glove change, new utensils, a special mat to keep it seperated from contaminated surfaces, ect.), but are open about the fact that crosscontamination is possible. While not safe for those who are have celiac, I would otherwise highly recommend this location.
