This was the 3rd (and likely final) time we will order here. Each time we arrived a little after the designated time and every time they either had not started our order or they had not put it in the oven yet. Today it was not busy, we ordered at 1108 am and it said it would be ready at 1123. Arrived about 1125 and it was not ready. Today much like the last 2 times we've ordered we got charcoal crust (see pics) we also ordered the cinnamon bread. Did not receive any of the icing drizzle. I should add the cinnamon bread was also over cooked as it was hard and dry. Very frustrating and irritating.

The employee who helped us was new, but he had an amazing attitude. He displayed so much patience with me and my son as we changed our order multiple times. Now that we know what we like, we shouldn't take too long to order.

I keep gluten free, have come here twice, and had great experiences both times! They have 2 gluten free crust options, are very willing to accommodate (glove change, new utensils, a special mat to keep it seperated from contaminated surfaces, ect.), but are open about the fact that crosscontamination is possible. While not safe for those who are have celiac, I would otherwise highly recommend this location.

You know, sometimes you just crave a good pizza. So, I stopped by hoping for that classic, comforting experience. Unfortunately, what I got was... well, mediocre at best. The crust was pretty forgettable – not crispy, not chewy, just kind of barely there. The sauce was bland, the toppings were good and didn't taste particularly fresh. It wasn't bad enough to send back, but it certainly wasn't good enough to leave me wanting more. If you're looking for a quick bite and have no other options, it'll do, but don't go in with high expectations.

Bought a sunshine saver card through Valley Children's Hospital in April and a deal for this Blaze Pizza was on it. We drove 40 minutes to patron the resturant only to be told they refused to honor the card because the owner felt they were fraudulent cards. Gotta admit, I'm not a big fan of businesses that willingly screw over our Children's Hospital so blatantly. Never had an issue with this card till now. Will definitely not be spending my money here with an attitude like that.

The staff treats Doordash pickups like trash. Don't order delivery from here. They prioritize in house orders and don't care about delivery at all. Otherwise, they are a Temu version of Pieology.

I’ve ordered this place numerous times and usually give pretty decent service. Tonight I went in and it was the opposite of that. As I was waiting I seen the two girls just talking back and forth and gave a customer a pizza just to tell that customer oh I forgot that you ordered that, and then came to us just to gossip more. I told her I wanted a high rise and somehow ended up with a thin crust as she still gossiping with co worker. What the h*** is going on?! there’s more issues but I’ll leave it alone; Management need to do better and this establishment.
