BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Iâm fairly new to boba and a friend wanted to try this place out. I asked for the drink that was on the wooden board outside and the cashier completely ignored me and just kept asking âwhat can I get youâ I was like the drink thatâs outside on the board Iâm not sure what itâs called. Again she ignored me and just was like âwhat can I get you?â In a monotone rude voice. I decided just to randomly pick something from the menu that looked good. Definitely wonât be coming back here again.

Great customer service. The girl who helped us was super friendly, she answered all of our questions and even gave us a small sample to taste. They have a huge variety of selections to choose from. The bite size food were perfect snacks for on the go.

Things to note: Great service, Warm welcoming, and AMAZING drinks. They gave some free samples of drinks they made of their own and it was something that wasnât like other areas! 2 months ago I had taro in this place, but when I got it again it was better than before! I donât know what happened but they done an upgrade~ Well thatâs all and I wanna say thanks Boba Pub 2.0!
Owner went above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction. Delicious drinks, but took a while to dial in the sweetness to a drinkable level, tbh. Be aware that the sparkling soda explodes when you pierce it with the straw. Open late, which is great for night owls like us.

Honestly great place, good people and the person who made my drink was very nice. they offered games while waiting for drinks. The only issue i could see is just their electric butterfly is a bit too sweet.

No restroom at all (you have to go to Taco Bell), unfriendly staff, kind of dirty(tables, chairs, food counters), empty location (no customers except me), and the drink was not good (mainly ice and way too sweeeet). Please go to the one by the Fresno State stadium. That one has a restroom, the staff is friendly, it is clean, they have some games & music, the drinks are good, and thereâs always students/people⊠a better vibe overall :)

Ordered a matcha latte at 25% sweetness but was too sweet to even drink. Not sure if it was a mistake or if they just make the drinks super sweet here. Nice atmosphere, games out to play etc though.
