Nightmare Fuel

I was here in the drive thru on Friday 12/12 at 455pm, we rolled right up to the speaker, placed my order. Without asking they automatically large sized my meal. No biggie, but the fact that we sat in a line with 4 cars in front of us for 20 minutes, and then didn't roll out of there with my food for another 9 minutes to get through the other 3 cars in front of us? Extremely disappointed. 29 minutes in the drive through. Fries were half empty, but at least they were hot. No napkins, drink was all ice. I will never return.

Is Burger King’s not that busy I’ve been there and ordered whoppers with no pickles and I get extra pickles. Cheese have come on my whopper and every time I order a sandwich even if it doesn’t come with cheese I say no cheese I’m allergic. This morning I ordered two orange juices, two sausage patties and two French toast sticks. I don’t care about the weight doesn’t bother me. I know that this place is slow. It’s always slow so I expected it so she has me in my bag thanks me I drive off. I get all the way to my destination and there’s no orange juice so I appreciate it Burger King. You can’t get the order right because it’s not just orange juice. It’s the pickles when I don’t want pickles it’s the cheese. I don’t want cheese so if I were you, I’d probably just stay away from this slow, Burger King.

Came thru the drive thru at 10:40pm everything was lit up and looked to be open (their closing time is 11:00pm). Sat there a min and nobody answered so i pulled up to the window. The workers were all hiding so i drove away. I called shortly after i left and asked them if they were still open. The lady that answered the phone said they were changing headsets thats why they did'nt answer the drive thru lol. This place is a joke. I ended up driving to the other Burger King across town (Shaw & Villa) and still made it before 11pm and got great service. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend anyone else to either. Obviously they have a bad reputation for bad customer service after reading all the negative reviews. The owner needs to do a better job in getting this place up to par and get some better employees that dont hide and tell bs lies to customers.

Food is good, but jeez these past couple times I’ve come by I don’t know what is up with this staff. When you tell them what you want, they seem offended and sound annoyed. Like sorry if you don’t like your job or like being there then quit. Do better at customer service.

Just inside the door was a large wet spot, then they had kiosk ordering, but no way to use coupons and staff didn't know how to use coupons either. Then they got my drink order for me and got the wrong drink. When I brought it to her attention they said they did get it right. After explaining to them that she in fact gave me a root beer instead of the Dr pepper I ordered and paid for, she finally got the drink I had initially ordered. Then my friend got chicken fries instead of French fries he ordered. Needless to say I won't ever go back to this Burger King ever.

I just bought rotten meat from this place. We didn't open it up till we got home. But we ordered it all with cheese a d none of the burgers had cheese. I thought it smelled a little funny in the car on the way home. But when we started eating we realized that it was ALL rotten. I think it was done on purpose. I rarely go to this burger king but this is definitely the last time.
