I really appreciate the customer service. Their ice cream machine was down. We already ordered through the app for pick up. They tried to make it right by offering cookies or just this once a pie but we don't like either. So they allowed us to get a soda just this time. Other stores are quick to fail go through the app for a refund or rain check but they actually tried to make things right on the spot and they weren't rude or short about it. We mostly only eat fries...

Went in late in the evening time around 8pm. Employees were not happy having us there. They were getting ready to close soon. Service was terrible, and so was the food. Like they threw it together.Bad enough fast food is so expensive.Worse that you're. treated like this

Well cook me and my dad got our order correct we weren't not a rush to wait been here before absolutely no problem at burger King employees working normally also on track servicing,preparing meals for the customers
