I like Burger King but this one does not operate like a normal Burger King. They never have things i order. One time I went in there and they didn't have Whoppers! This is a hit and miss place. Went there yesterday and they didn't have no milkshakes. Never know what they WILL HAVE!

Very bad service and attitude by the Hispanic girl with glasses working the drive through this afternoon. Waited 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me I asked her before I paid was the food even done and she said they’re gonna start working on it I’m not sure if they need more workers or if everybody is just lazy but she needs to go huffing and puffing for no reason!

very bad service im here to pickup my order and women working inside laughing and ignore me when i ask about my order they said they dont know and they not working here. and she id working inside but said she not works here very rude behaviour of that women. needs to be improve the staaf they loss all of your business

They close at 11pm. It's not even 10pm and they already told me that I couldn't order what I wanted because the already shut off the machine and cleaned it for the night. Really? So the customer gets screwed because you want to get out of your job as soon as possible. I've worked in the fast food world and from what I remember we had to wait till we closed to clean the machines, not hours before. I could understand 30 minutes before closing but 1 hour and a half before closing is unacceptable. It's burger King that losing money and a customer just so they can save themselves a couple of minutes at closing. And the managers are ok with it is the worst part about it. I'll take my business elsewhere. There's a McDonald's up the street.

Ordered had to wait 20 minutes and the messed up my order receipt another had to redo it waited another amount of time in drive thru was missing pickles onions and ketchup the frys were cold and they were out of nuggets of all no chicken sandwiches.she took my card when I asked for tap idk if the girl is training but idk I'll love burger mostly and work them years ago idk if it suppose to be this way I will be watching my card though smh.

I got food just before 3pm. There were hashbrown bites mixed in with my onion rings. That is food from almost 5 hours ago. That tells me that they do not clear old food before starting new food. That is disgusting. I was given food I didn't ask for (that was almost 5 hours old) which means I didn't get what I paid for. This is the last time I will ever go to Burger King. Eat at this location at your own risk. Ps food begins to grow bacteria after about 2 hours out of the oven/fridge. A complete waste of $7+. I couldn't even eat my burger knowing how long they left food out

Went to this location to purchase the new crispy onion whopper that was advertised on TV. I was told that they did not have the ingredients to make one, even though it was prominently displayed in the middle their drive-through menu board. Yet again another case of Burger King dropping the ball. I was stuck in the drive-through for 15 minutes before I could leave this location. I don’t think I’ll be back ever again.
