One star because the server over killed the shrimp with BBQ sauce to the point it was soggy and inedible and when we tried to get new shrimp he refused to do it . I think he just didn’t want to get in trouble cause he missed the shrimp up which is bullshit . They didn’t even provide a refund for the server mistake

Family friendly seafood restaurant. I ordered a pound of headless shrimp and they were perfectly prepared. It was fun to open the package the shrimp, sauce, potato and corn cob to dig in.

The mussels were not cleaned properly. Most of the mussels in my seafood boil still had the stomach in it with all the black stuff. They usually clean this out but this time it was in there and it was not pleasing. Also, our service was bad. We did not get refills the entire time and never came by so we could not order more food.

Isn’t too oily , not too much garlic. Just perfect. The pricing is also perfect. If your someone who just wants to go eat and don’t mind horrible service then my review doesn’t matter. But if you are someone who enjoys getting checked up on, and tend too, and get your items and check then this isn’t the right place to go too. First my server didn’t even sit us down, didn’t come to us until 10-14mins later. She asked if we needed anything to drink , we said no because we were fine with just the complementary water. we ordered , she comes by and slams our bucket on the table with our food and walks away. Doesn’t ask anything or see if we are okay. We are sitting there confused as to why we didn’t get water yet or any lemons at all with our food. So we call her over and ask her and she’s says “ okay” and rolls her eyes. After that she never once came to check up on us, we even had to tell her we were done getting and needed the check. Trust me I’ve been here many times and most of the other servers are so polite and tend to their customers well. It’s just this one particular server ruined the dining experience for us. I’m pretty sure her name was Isabella or something. So make sure you guys don’t get her, the one with glasses. Extremely rude , I wish I could give a higher rating because I love this place and their food. But tonight just ruined it for me. Especially since I always come here. I’m still at a lost for words how water wasn’t already mandatory, we had to ask for our water… It’s just so annoying that everytime we eat here we always have an issue with her. We never had this issue with any of the other servers. Smh Seriously how are you going to give food before water , and give us attitude and slam down our food. What is the management ever doing? I’ve been reading other reviews and I’m not the only one who is making a complaint about attitude and lack of service. Like do they even care about their customers??? Food is great but waiters or waitresses need to check to see if their customers need anything such as a refill or water or soda. My sister treated me to Captain Crab and we loved it from the crawfish to the head on shrimp which is the best we got a pound of shrimp and crawfish comes with corn and a nice chewy potatoes 🥰🥰

The food was ok , pricing ok, sauce a little on the salty overwhelming side stomach felt upset 2 hours after eating . Don't know if it was the snow crab or what but I honestly don't think I will be back.
