Sauce was not even flavored ,over all the food was like a 3 out of 10 will never come back to this place again killed my whole mood when we tried to feed the family with a 268$ bag and wasn’t even WORTH IT DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. CRAB IT WHILE ITS HOT IN VISALIA WAY BETTER!

My family and I always come here to eat. I love trying new things, I’ve been to several crab restaurants but none of them are like Captain crab. The service is great everyone is welcoming and sweet! It doesn’t take long to be seated or attended definitely recommend stopping by to try it!!

They served me raw shrimp, and I didn’t realize it until I bit into one. I immediately spat it out and told the waiter. He told me to put the chewed-up shrimp back into the bag so they could show the chef and “remake” the dish.
What they actually did was microwave the same food and try to pass it off as a new order. I knew because I found the exact same chewed-up shrimp I had spit out — still in the bag. It was beyond disgusting, not just because of the complete lack of sanitation, but because of how sneaky and dishonest the restaurant was in trying to cover it up.
This is unacceptable on every level. Avoid this place at all costs!

We stopped on Thanksgiving. Service was OK. I asked for the garlic butter on side and they put it in boil instead. No biggue it was still good food. I really liked the crawfish and shrimp basket. The cocktail sauce was perfect. Will be back.

We’re new to Fresno and Clovis, and so we’ve been trying a bunch of places. After reading some mixed reviews, we were unsure about this place, but thought to give it a chance. We were not disappointed!
I think we got one of the build-your-own specials with snow crab, Dungeness crab, mussels, shrimp, corn, and baked potato. We got the special all-seasoning combo mix as the topping, and got it at medium heat (which is plenty spicy). We loved this messy meal, and took half of it home.
There was a 20-25min wait, but we just went to Colton’s Social House for a drink, and our turn was up before we were even halfway done with our beverages. We def plan to go back, and would absolutely recommend this spot. Excellent Louisiana-style seafood!
Order onion ring. Saw it sitting at the counter for a good 20min. While there was only 4 tables with people. When I received the onion ring it was COLD AS ICE! Asked for new onion ring. The server took it to heat it up and brought it back like it was fresh. Sad part was i left a bitten piece to see if I get the same onion rings back. Yes I did. Super disappointed! Onion rings was still cold. Will not be ordering anything else here. Also they ran out of lettuce. Disappointed

When you walk into this place, it is a straight up ghost town.And after conversing with the hostess, you realize why. Don't get me wrong. She was as pleasant as pie. She was a very sweet young lady. However, the options that they have leave a lot to desire and just know this place is a seafood restaurant and they have never once heard of a lobster roll??? But they have no problem serving you some 3 day old mayonnaise filled crab, salad on bread, and then they call it a po'boy so disrespectful to the state of Lousiana it's insane. To say, I would not be surprised if this place lasts another 6 months, let alone a year. It's by all means an understatement.Whoever you are sweet young lady at the front.Please start looking for another job.Because your existence at this mall will supercede the location that you're food chain that you are working/standing in I guarantee you.
