Horrible service—staff was rude and inattentive. The food was greasy and poorly cooked, and I left feeling sick. Definitely not worth the money.

When you walk into this place, it is a straight up ghost town. And after conversing with the hostess, you realize why. Don't get me wrong. She was as pleasant as pie. She was a very sweet young lady. However, the options that they have leave a lot to desire and just know this place is a seafood restaurant and they have never once heard of a lobster roll??? But they have no problem serving you some 3 day old mayonnaise filled crab, salad on bread, and then they call it a po'boy so disrespectful to the state of Lousiana it's insane. To say, I would not be surprised if this place lasts another 6 months, let alone a year. It's by all means an understatement.Whoever you are sweet young lady at the front. Please start looking for another job.Because your existence at this mall will supercede the location that you're food chain that you are working/standing in I guarantee you.

Ordered take out, was delicious and when I got to the restaurant the service was good and only needed to wait a couple minutes for them to get the food from the back. I would definitely go back.

This is the place for seafood. The environment is very friendly and calm, making it an ideal spot for families and friends to gather. The menu boasts a variety of fresh catches, each prepared with a unique twist that highlights the flavors of the ocean.

So disappointed with these place. Horrible service. They have no sense of what is good customer service. When I point out their mistake they just stood there looking at me. They did nothing to make up for their mistake. Including the manager. Just ruin our night.

Captain Crab is hands down one of the best seafood boil restaurants around, offering an unforgettable dining experience from the moment you walk in. The aroma of fresh seafood and perfectly seasoned boils fills the air, setting the stage for an incredible meal. Whether you’re craving succulent shrimp, juicy crab legs, or plump mussels, every dish is cooked to perfection with rich Cajun-inspired flavors that burst with every bite. But what truly sets Captain Crab apart is the exceptional service, especially from their standout server, Joseph. Joseph is the definition of top-tier hospitality—attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and always quick with a genuine smile. He goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for, offering helpful recommendations and checking in just the right amount to make sure everything is perfect. His upbeat personality and attention to detail elevate the entire dining experience. It’s rare to find someone so passionate about great service, and Joseph’s presence makes every visit to Captain Crab feel like a special occasion. If you’re looking for a place where mouthwatering seafood meets five-star service, Captain Crab—and especially Joseph—is absolutely the place to go.

It was disappointing. The chairs are hard. The menu for me was limited. The food tasted good. I love clam chowder soup. Theirs was okay but not what I had hoped for a seafood place. I don't think I would go back
