We go here cause we love the charbroil type burger. They used to have a reg burger for a few bucks . It's all expensive and not really fast food. We waited about 15 minutes for our food and that was in the lobby. Can't really blame the front worker as she had double duty of drive thru as well, but we were only people in there. Still love the burgers, hence the 4 stars. Great place to go when they have deals.

I had a coupon for a double western burger. Man are they big and delicious ?
I rarely go anymore because it's so expensive now but they messed up my order. Added a side instead of substituting one. Didn't give me the drink that came with the combo.
