I ordered a 5 piece tender small combo with medium sized drink and small fries. What I got was NOT what was promised. 8 over cook to the point if burned nuggets not big enough to be classified as tenders. I will never eat here again and I hope this place soon will go out if business!

We go here cause we love the charbroil type burger. They used to have a reg burger for a few bucks . It's all expensive and not really fast food. We waited about 15 minutes for our food and that was in the lobby. Can't really blame the front worker as she had double duty of drive thru as well, but we were only people in there. Still love the burgers, hence the 4 stars. Great place to go when they have deals.

There is a reason I was the only person in the drive through while most other fast food places were busy this evening. +$18 for a single burger, fry, and drink is just insane for what you get. I'm just sick of the price. I rarely come to Carl's, and it's becoming less frequent.
