The staff was really friendly, quick and helpful. It was my first time eating at this location and they walked me through the app process and gave really good food recommendations. I definitely will be coming back to this location!

Order the california classic double cheeseburger meal and they just gave me a regular double cheeseburger. Was not going to drive back to complain about it because they were already taking a long time for drive thru. And they weren't even busy so how can they mess up the order ?

Everything went as planned can't really complain only thing was the ppl outside the restaurant really made our trip awkward and uncomfortable as we walked in and when it was time to go they absolutely ruined the moment 😔😔

I ordered a 3 piece tender meal and dined in. The manager named Amber served me my tray of food. She was very polite and asked if I needed anything else feel free too ask. Her customer service was on point. The tenders were fresh and the fries were perfect. This is the only Carls Jr that I go to and I am never let down. I highly recommend this location for exceptional service and the food always taste great.

Disappointing Experience Carls Jr! The moment we walked in as a family of three, we were not greeted properly. Instead, we were asked, quite impolitely, if we needed the restroom key. The staff member stated, "You looked that way, so I assumed you needed the restroom key." My family all looked at each other, confused, and said, "No, we don’t need the restroom key. We actually wanted to order some food. Can we do that?" I told her we would use the restroom key after we ordered, to wash our hands before eating. Is that okay?
We proceeded to order three meals, but the order was wrong! This is insane, considering no one else was in the restaurant. How did they get our order wrong? My husband’s meal had no white onions, and they forgot his medium fries. I was shocked that the staff seemed more concerned with us using the restrooms than getting our order correct.
We spent $45, and no one else was even in the restaurant. It's so sad that they couldn't get one order right. To top it off, the staff brought out two cookies to apologize for the mistakes. I would have rather not been given the cookies. It didn't feel like a genuine apology.
