i went in the morning 11/20 around 8 am and i was really pleasant with my order. The young man taking my order was really nice and helpful with me and food was amazing. Store was very clean as well. i just wanted to appreciate this worker and store because most fast food workers are rude and not in the best mood. I will for sure be back

I don’t like writing negative reviews, but I decided I should for this one because this is pertaining to people’s health. Very disappointed by today’s experience eating bbq chicken sandwich and my son had big Carl. The food was expensive and seemed to be spoiled. I am not sure if we need to go to ER because I feel very nauseous and my stomach got upset, I am bloated and I feel like I’m gonna throw up. Seems to be food poisoning. I have tried Carls Junior several years ago and it was ok, but this time it was disgusting. Should have just thrown it into the trash. Never again eating at this place! Habit has the same prices but it’s always fresh and tasty.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 min before the car ahead of me finally was handed their food. I had to drive through without getting my food. Crappy service at 6am. Not busy, only one other car in the drive thru. Will not be back. Going to McDonald's next time.

The girl working a shift at 8 am today on April 16 was really nice and patient with my mother who doesn't speak English. Food was good too (probably because it was morning and not rush hour but overall very nice)

Recently, I stopped by Carl’s Jr. for a quick meal, and I was impressed with the experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure that my order was taken correctly. The service was good and quick, which is always good when you are in a rush.
The staff was really friendly, quick and helpful. It was my first time eating at this location and they walked me through the app process and gave really good food recommendations. I definitely will be coming back to this location!

Order the california classic double cheeseburger meal and they just gave me a regular double cheeseburger. Was not going to drive back to complain about it because they were already taking a long time for drive thru. And they weren't even busy so how can they mess up the order ?
