The food was great. The service was excellent I did feel bad for that young guy working the front although he was by himself he was working hard he was cashiering calling out order and on top of that working the bar as if that wasn’t enough my husband and I saw him in the kitchen as well. His service was awesome even seeing him under so much pressure looked like no one was there to help him. Overall I recommend this place will definitely tell everyone about it. Can’t wait to try their full menu!

Definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to in town. Their quesadillas are MASSIVE... The staff are very nice as well.

Great place for authentic Mexican food!
Waited 45 min for my food on a Tuesday at 230 in the afternoon. At checkout, I had to correct the employee on a price difference of 600%. The menu price was much lower than the price they tried to charge.

Twice in a row ordered a super burrito and it had no guac, so that was disappointing.
When I came in to get my pickup order I stood at the pickup counter for a few minutes and the employees walked by, called numbers, arranged orders and looked at me like they had no idea why I was standing there, never said a word to me. So eventually I just got in the order line even though I was picking up...
Burrito was decent. Rice and tortilla on it were good.

I understand places get busy but if you screw something up you should at least be willing to provide a 2 oz cup of salsa at no charge. They said they could if it came with food...which makes no sense because I ordered rice and beans and all I asked for was a 2 oz cup since they forgot about me for at least 15 mins when I was placing a food order over the phone. I had to hang up and call back to complain about the wait before I got helped. Learn to make things right with the customer Karlitas. I've worked in a restaurant before, you don't have to be so stingy with something so small. It leaves a lasting impression. Guess I'll be going to Las Mananitas for a while since they know how to take care of customers.

Best place to get your meats, tacos, and mexican deli.
Called in a Togo order once there still had to wait 30min after pick up time there were not busy ,empty tables. Employee would stand around and would not answer the phone. Just very lazy. And to top it off they only gave one little hot sauce for 3 meals and when I asked for more they wanted to charged me for them. But the food was good My only complaint is the girl working the front counter

Restaurantji Recommends
Take this with a grain of salt since when we entered the restaurant, we didn’t realize it had already closed at 7:30, the door was still open, and there were two people sitting at the bar and one person at a table, which made it seem like the place was still operating. It was our first time entering this place, we didn’t know how this place works. Cashier tried helping us but the person behind him was impatient (which could come off as rude) telling us that the kitchen is already closed. My mom had questions on how this place works since she saw online that you can buy the meats per pound but the impatient lady then asked us what meat. We didn’t even know how to order so my mom asked her “what options do you have?” There was only the asada left so we bought it. Once we got our asada, my mom thought she could ask for clarifications on how to order the raw meat, like if we did choose it the raw meat does that mean the kitchen cooks it for us? We did not know that they have plates of cooked meat that we could order and the lady emphasized that kitchen is closed. We know that then and we were not trying to order through her, I had to clarify that we were just asking so that the next time we go back we would know how to order from this place. I understand that they are already closed and they are cleaning the restaurant and it looks like the employees want to go home so even with us asking very basic questions on how the ordering works, the lady responded in a very flippant and dismissive manner. Rather than politely informing us of the closing time or offering a brief explanation, her tone came off as unnecessarily curt and unwelcoming. We understand that it was past operating hours, and we would have gladly left if we’d been told kindly. However, the attitude we encountered left a negative impression of a place we were excited to try and potentially recommend to others. We’d still love to return at a proper time, but we also hope that future guests, especially first time ones, are met with a bit more courtesy, and that if it wasn’t a good time to answer our questions, please kindly let us know so we could go. The asada is good though but we ate it without feeling too good about it.

First attempt to place my order over the phone was placed on hold ended up hanging up because I nearly arrived so just ordered in person once I arrived the restaurant had two other customers only. I would understand being put on hold for a long time if busy but it wasn't. Secondly I received the wrong order I ordered chicharrón and received carnitas again understandale if it was busy but I was the only order at the moment.

The food is consistently tasty. Have had a few of their dishes and they seem to have authentic Mexican flavors. Would recommend it if you are ever in the area.

Foods tastes authentic. Very friendly cashiers taking the orders at the register, so no waiting for someone to come take the order. They've converted a big chunk of the former grocery section into a bar, currently with 4 beers on tap and several others in bottles/cans. They do have some groceries and even some over the counter medicines as well. We've tried almost every item in the menu and have never been let down. Don't let me over-hype this place. It is, at the end of the day, simply a taqueria with a bar, some groceries, and OTC medicine. But it is a very good and consistent one
