The food was great. The service was excellent I did feel bad for that young guy working the front although he was by himself he was working hard he was cashiering calling out order and on top of that working the bar as if that wasn’t enough my husband and I saw him in the kitchen as well. His service was awesome even seeing him under so much pressure looked like no one was there to help him. Overall I recommend this place will definitely tell everyone about it. Can’t wait...
Twice in a row ordered a super burrito and it had no guac, so that was disappointing.
When I came in to get my pickup order I stood at the pickup counter for a few minutes and the employees walked by, called numbers, arranged orders and looked at me like they had no idea why I was standing there, never said a word to me. I understand places get busy but if you screw something up you should at least be willing to provide a 2 oz cup of salsa at no charge. They said they could if it came with food...which makes no sense because I ordered rice and beans and all I asked for was a 2 oz cup since they forgot about me for at least 15 mins when I was placing a food order over the phone. I had to hang up and call back to complain about the wait before I got helped. Learn to make things right with the customer...
