Without a doubt BEST MEXICAN FOOD in Clovis . Friendly attentive staff, very clean restaurant and restrooms, and easily beat tasting Mexican food central California has to offer ! Chicken and shrimp fajitas are phenomenal!! I have had fajitas at 1160 Mexican restaurants and this fajita plate ranks TOP 3 !!! Homemade tortillas are delicious. Can't say enough about this incredible dining establishment!!! Great job Casa Maria

Lunch was outstanding. I had a chicken taco and enchilada. It was so good I ordered an additional chili relleno. My wife had the same dish and has the same feeling. Casa Maria is now our go to mexican restaurant.
