Let me tell you BEST location!!! Alexandria and jay are amazing. The customer service A1, my food fresh, fast, and delicious, the atmosphere amazing. They both went above and beyond. Usually I’ll stop at the fashion fair location since it’s closer but after my experience here I’ll definitely make the longer drive. Give these 2 employees raises they both had nothing but great attitudes and award winning smiles even when the online ordering board started to fill up.

I ordered a Philly with grilled onions and peppers with provolone cheese, WHY did I get lettuce and tomato with mayo on a hot sandwich???!!!! The cashier was mad and an attitude… so she just had to go mess up my order, just DONT listen!!! Never had a problem at this location until now. What a waste of money.

Quality of the food was crap, the fashion fair location never disappoints, but this location is always bad, not to mention they have my kids expired crackers that smelled like chemicals. 🤢 If the crackers were expired, I wonder what else is expired at this store! Please check the damn dates! Yall are disgusting, never again coming to this location again!

Alexandria at Charlie's Cheesesteak (Clovis) provided excellent customer service. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured our orders were accurate. Her service made our dining experience enjoyable. Alexandria's hospitality and efficiency made a great impression.
