Called at 8:23 on a Sunday night, they close at 9 yet when I called a girl picked up and said that I couldn’t place a to go order over phone. She then said yeah we aren’t taking anymore to go orders, I said so I can’t come in then? She told me no that they are about to close. Almost 40 minutes until they actually close and if I had a card instead of cash I could have placed it online on the website because once again they aren’t closed. Idk of any restaurants that stop taking orders like that. I really like the sandwiches they serve but I will be taking my service elsewhere even if that means going to a different location.

In town visiting and decided we try this place, we walked in and waited 15 min and never once we're acknowledged, we remained patient because there was one person preparing food another lady walked from back and they began to socialize, 2 other customers walked in and used to display order and apparently knew the staff, still no help, as we commented " I guess they don't want us here we walked and heard laughter behind us.

Great sandwiches.. always have to order extra meat to make the sandwich nice and thick.. The staff is super nice. They are very fast! Place a mobile order and literally done before I can get there 5 minutes drive away! Only complaint would be that more than once the food sticks to the cardboard box .. so your peeling your cheese and meat off the top of box with cardboard stuck to it .. wish they would change packaging but definitely a great tasting philly!! I really like the loaded bacon cheese ranch fries!! Winner!!
